“5 stars is the Very Least we can give! Tavlin is at the top of my list of stops for fresh clean vegetarian and vegan foods! I get excited to see what’s still sitting on their bakers rack in back.. you’ll find delicious soups, fresh hummus. Different types, Dubai chocolates.. frozen homemade foods.. you Must Go and see for yourself! Tavlin is a true Gem right here in our neighborhood! They also recently renovated and what a positive change that makes filling your basket even easier. They do part trays as well.”

“I hadn’t seen a dairy barn in ages. I needed a toothbrush quickly and didn’t want to get out of the car. As soon as I saw the dairy barn, I had to turn around. I got to speak to the owner, Sam who’s been there for 16 years. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He took care of me and I was back on my way home quickly. Excellent experience.”
“This place is amazing. Def a gem on Long Island for sure. Only issue I have is the hassle to get someone on the phone at times to place an order and there’s no system for online ordering or a number for the kitchen. Apart from that this place is great , staff is great , quality is great”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE Trader Joe’s ! From the flowers to the fresh produce, special snacks and so many healthy options - it’s our go-to grocery store. Wish we had one in my town - closer by. The staff seems friendly and hard-working. The store is clean and well organized. Easy parking in the free lot. Love the re-usable bags and cold pack bags. I enjoy the samples in the back and try new things often !”
“The parking lot is always insane and the store is smaller than other Trader Joe's locations, but it's still a great store. The store may be small but I have yet to come up short of the products I'm looking for when shopping there.”

“Huge selection of 'uncommon' foods to be researched . Exotic fruits and veggies. In store deli making fresh fish/vegetable rolls and more . After 7p.m. a large quantity of food in deli area is 1/2 price . I got a seafood roll that was absolutely amazing .
Dried/seasoned squid was perfectly spiced . H Mart is now my priority go to place for Asian food . ?????”

“Last week I stumbled upon this amazing poultry store, and I couldn't be happier with my find! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and the place was clean. Their chicken was fresh and I left feeling confident that I had purchased top-quality products as i made the most delicious meal that didn’t feel like it was full of hormones like the ones we are accustomed to seeing/buying from grocery stores. I can't wait to go back for more.”

“Great place for shopping. Very convenient, open until 11pm and you can find a lot of Carribean grocery. Lately they are serving breakfast and lunch. The number 46 grilled chicken sandwich is the bomb well done and tasty. Love it!!!!”
“Pick up order last 2 weeks easy, even when no spot open for pick up- I used app to click on my way- The person was outside when I pulled up at curb across the pick up spots! No waiting! My orders correct each time! Happy to find "clean" Halloween candy too!”

“As with most Trader Joe's, a happy shopping experience. Took a little one to the bathroom and found it scrupulously clean. With the LIDL, Wendy's , Taco Bell and Burger King adjacent, I recommend entering from eastbound Merrick Road and exiting via eastbound Merrick Road. The turn onto or off of westbound Merrick Road can be harrowing.”
“This is the best place in town their specials are the best in the area. Nothing compares to how clean this people are. Cashiers are so nice and helpful!btw I’m always there and have never seen any cops, nothing wrong with that but if you are afraid of the cops getting some water or snacks then you the problem.”

“This supermarket has many of the typical offerings you would find at the larger brand named supermarkets but it also seems to also cater to hispanic items not typically found in the larger supermarkets. The prices are very very reasonable and it seems very well cared for and stocked. We dis not see any self check out and the 8 or so lines were staffed with employees that were very quick and polite. Everything appeared fresh in the vegetable , meats and the fish counter.”
“CTown has a modern exterior and a clean, well-organized interior. The fresh produce and neatly arranged items on the shelves, coupled with good lighting, create a comfortable shopping environment. Other supermarkets in the area should take note and consider upgrading their appearance and conditions to elevate the overall standards in the neighborhood.”

They work hard to stock the shelf’s and they have variety and choice of many different items. Aldi is one of my favorite Supermarkets.

I have a lot of experience buying custom cakes at bakeries in the area and I can confidently say no one comes close to Salpino’s on price and quality.
