“It's hard to believe there still exist an auto repair shop that believes in treating a customer fairly and with respect. I can't say enough about my experience yesterday getting my muffler replaced on my 2002 Ram 1500. every person I came in contact with was friendly, straight forward and professional. I just wish they were closer to my home but well worth the 35 minute drive. Fair price...check, friendly people...check, professional service...check, satisfied customer...check.”

“I received a call from Tom Reynolds inquiring about any interest I may have in trading in my current Trax for a new updated model. I declined the offer. He was understanding, not "pushy" and offered his assistance in the future should I/we ever need it. Hearing the honesty and respect in his voice I decided to proceed and inform Tom that my husband may be interested and had been looking at the Chevy Colorado with the Crew cab but I wasn't certain if he was ready to purchase at this time. Again, Tom offered his services, without being "pushy", whenever he was ready. I discussed it with my husband. We gave little notice that we were on our way to the dealership and yet Tom still was honest, respectful and helpful; treating us as if we were his only clients in the dealership. We started the buying process looking at one truck but over the weekend we found another which peaked our interest even more. Tom went out of his way to get us that truck to take a look at and had another waiting just in case we needed more options. The car was in great shape and there was no push for a purchase. I was struggling to find a car I was comfortable with for a few months, and then left there with a new car!
They even replaced the brakes after we vocalized some concerns even though they had said that they would have been fine without any repairs.

“I've been going here for a couple of years now for various repairs (new brakes, shocks, lower control arms, etc.) and I'm always impressed not only with how fast they diagnosis and the quality of their work, but also the price (such as when they replaced my front brakes for less than I paid 5 years ago!). I've even dropped my car off after hours and had a phone call by 8:30 AM the next day with a diagnosis and price, and got my car back around noon. Well worth it!”
“Seems like an honest place. I usually do all my own work, but I do bring my cars in for inspections every year, and there is never a long list of things that need to be replaced. I feel like that could be a telltale sign something is shady if every time I bring my cars in for inspection they always find something. So they've earned some trust from me, if I ever needed to get something fixed I couldn't do, I wouldn't hesitate to bring it in to Carpenters”
