“We first came into this store on January 14th, it’s not huge but the selection is diverse and there is definitely something for everyone. There aren’t many cases and instead they have booths which is a bonus as you don’t need to ask to grab something. You can also leave items up front so you don’t have to carry them all over. (BONUS: they have carts if needed, my grandmother used one to help with her mobility)We returned on January 21st and there was so much new stock. Will be coming in on the 28th as well. The prices are great, the staff is great, definitely someplace you’ll want to return to.”

“This is my second time working with unclaimed freight and they knocked it out of the park again. This family owned business is truly a hidden gem in Rochester, NY. Even with the rise of inflation they managed to still give an amazing deal on a bed set and new couch NEW not used. The store is SOOO clean! They not only have a wide selection in store but a kiosk with extra options. I did not use the financing option this time around, but my first time I did and it was smooth and easy to pay off unlike other places. They work with you and your needs in a professional manner but also remain personable enough. The delivery men were outstanding as well, super sweet and highly professional! They came right in and got to unloading with ease. We live 30 minutes away from this location and they had no issue with delivery. “My new dining set was delivered yesterday and it far exceeded my expectations. I was blown away when I visited the store and found that everything was customizable from the table height, size, shape, wood, stain, edges, and finally the chairs with the color upholstery I wanted. I had visited the area furniture stores and online sites for several months as I had definite idea on what I wanted and was disappointed that I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. I was driving by the store and decided to stop in on a whim. I was so surprised I could get everything I wanted . And the cost was comparable to the mass produced furniture but you can’t compare the quality. My adult kids have already said they will be fighting over who gets it when I kick the bucket.”
