Bought flooring online and it wasnt showing in the system. Joe, the manager, promptly found the order and prepared it for pick up. Between the time of prep and pick up they had a power outage. Joe went above and beyond ,had to track down my phone number from other sources because their computers were down, and called me to schedule another pick up and not waste my time.

“We drove from Vegas to Rochester to bring our grandson to Eastman School of Music. Once here, we had a better idea of what he needed. We went to Home Goods. Once inside, I was confused on where to look for things and was already stressing over the whole situation. My entire demeanor was changed thanks to Michelle. Michelle was thoroughly knowledgeable about the store. She sensed my confusion and stress and knew immediately and exactly where each item I needed was located. I came back to her four times.
