I told him I will definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a puppy. He was vaccinated, microchipped and in great condition!”

This is the place to come purchase your stuff!I had a question about cleaning my tank with a suction pump, and one of the gentlemen there came out and showed me how to do it, he was very detailed and so nice!Highly recommend this store!”

“This is going to be long but I have to include everything lol..I went to every Petsmart and Petco looking for rats because I was interested in getting a couple. I lost my dog March 24th of last year and it broke me mentally. He went from 10 years old, looking 5 years old, to heart disease and death 9 months after diagnosis. I would watch him on my camera at work and coach him through his episodes of syncope, and he would sit by the camera and listen to me.Anyway, I started talking to Shannon about the different small animals and thankfully I mentioned rats because she said "we have two in the back". I immediately wanted them and I left the store already in communication with someone selling a cage, ordered things from Amazon, and 24 hours later here they are! I'm going to include pics. They seem comfortable but hesitant. They're eating and drinking (the one with the crooked tail is so brave) lol.Lastly, aside from Shannon I spoke to Alanna who is a great person and truly cares about animals the way I do. She could be the face of Petsmart. She's so knowledgeable and I left there so confident because of her advice. I have a feeling this will be a rotating door of rats due to their short life, but it's okay.I want to show you guys what I came up with overnight because people, it took very little effort to make this happen and I'm nowhere near finished so don't go trying to get any type of animal without being prepared because it's really not that hard, it's about YOU. Okay I'm done...here's pics of my little guy that I miss so much, the cage, and the little pocket puppies.”

“this is my second visit to this place since they moved from Copiague where I brought my Yorkie poo and a lot of tropical fish. this place is a lot smaller but they still have a large quantity of pet supplies to choose from.many different types of dog and cat food and supplies.the young lady at the cash register was very helpful helping me find what I was looking for.”
“We have been taking our cat to Plainview Animal Hospital for years. We love the staff and board our cat frequently there. Unlike many vets, they do medical boarding, which we need since our cat gets insulin shots twice daily. We have tried other vets before in the tri state area (we've lived in NYC for years). However, we continuously make the trip to Plainview Animal Hospital for their level of care and having the options we need for our pet.”
“The employees here are so friendly and nice! I’ve just recently gotten into fish keeping, and was able to get everything I needed to get started for a pretty fair price. The fish we’ve gotten have shown to be hardy and happy, and get along well! I’ve had fish as a kid to no avail, but lots of their aquatic inventory seem pretty happy and healthy. If you think you will be a frequent, I would recommend signing up for their rewards program. I’ve only been in a few times and it has already saved me a good amount of money on supplies. Thank you!”
“I couldn't get anyone to properly bathe my husky. She HATES it and she is LOUD like ears bleeding loud, trust I get it...Well, after numerous tries at different groomers, one fail after another, I was ready to give up when I decided to just try our local PetSmart. I called explained my plight and they told me that Erin would be our person... It has been about a year now and Erin most def is our groomer person! She is so great with both our dogs and I can't thank her enough”

“We didn’t think we were ready for another fur baby after the passing of our last rescue but then we saw HIM. It was love at first sight and after arriving at Canine Corral and meeting him the bond was sealed. The staff at Canine Corral are wonderful, they are so knowledgeable and helped us through the purchase process, picking out food, snacks and toys. “When we decided on getting a waterfall in our backyard, we started looking at reviews and calling companies. Some were so expensive it felt overwhelming and like we were buying a house, not a waterfall. Another two companies kept telling us they would get back to us and never did. Then we called Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc. and talked with Darian first over the phone and then in person. From the first phone call, we could tell that he knew his business. He was professional, polite and cared about what we wanted. When we first met Darian, he was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, but gave us great ideas we never thought of. Darian didn't just listened to what we wanted, but the way we wanted it. We agreed on a very reasonable price, set a starting date and a few days later, we met Darian's staff, Phil and Andrew. When they first introduced themselves, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they took great care in the vision we wanted. They shared some great ideas and we were so confident in what they were doing. We saw they had such a passion and loved what they did, so we just let them create it. What a beautiful creation they made! They went above and beyond and it shows. All through the project, Darian always kept in touch, answered all our questions and always sent us a text message to let us know what time the workers would be arriving and even stopping by to make sure everything was going smoothly and it did. The whole process was stress free and unbelievably true. We, our family and friends all love it in the day and night!! “We've been shopping with the k9 shop since 2019 and followed them through every move in Massapequa! After several years shopping with them, our shiba inu, now 12, has started to become uninterested in his food and hadn't eaten much in a few days. So before an expensive and unlikely necessary vet visit- we stopped in and wanted to speak with a sales associate to ask for advice based on our situation. Lina took her time with us, answering all of my questions and never made us feel rushed. We took her advice and switched his protein and the brand of raw we were feeding him, and it's been working! She also reminded us as he ages and becomes less active, it's totally okay he doesn't eat every day. We've trusted k9 shop for several years, but this just reaffirms how wonderful they are.”
