I called Nico's way and fully knowing they had a completely booked day, they got him in and repaired the truck so he could get back home that night. The part needed was not available at any local autoparts store so Steve took his personal vehicle to pick up the part to get the job done. Instead, the team was honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly by diagnosing it as a couple loose steering drag link bolts that just needed tightening. They also took care of an oil change, and my total bill was only $141. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that is this trustworthy and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. “The gentleman at the front desk was exactly that. A gentleman. My car failed inspection down the block and I was being charged over $600 for two tires. I called this location, which was down the block from the initial shop I took my car to. He scheduled me with no problem and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was able to bring my car back to the original shop and pass inspection. He definitely does right by his customers and I really appreciated his level of communication throughout the entire process.”
