“Small garage not far from Henry clay Blvd took care of me thought I lost a bearing but it was just loose lug nuts they were honest honest honest and I appreciate it!!! Cleaned me up tightened my lug nuts no charge sent me on my way i live in Fulton and was pretty far from home with an auto emergency could have taken advantage of me but didnt and I will go out of my way to bring my vehicles to them for services in the future!!!”

“The first time I went to Grace Autobody was because I had a red hat with white lettering that read, “ Relax, idiots it’s just a hat” on my dashboard. Well, that little stunt cost me a five long, deep embedded scratch across my tailgate of my beautiful Toyota Tundra CrewMax. I went to a couple shop and I was shocked how much they wanted. One of those shops sent me to Grace Autobody and I’m glad they did. I drive for Uber and people keep hitting me and every time I bring it to Grace auto body, Gonna rainthey’re such a pleasure to work with. They take care of everything for you including insurance and they carefully explain aftermarket parts verses OEM parts, etc. I detect nothing but honesty out of this shop, because it’s female owned, but I digress. Let’s not forget Greg, who does most of the expert work. Kudos to Greg!”
“Stopped in to see if they could help me get a valve stem cover off that was locked on. They took me right in and replaced the valve stem quickly and when I went to pay was told no charge. I always get great service there”
“Call to see if Moes could do a water pump on my truck, Adam told me to drop it off that night (Wednesday ) he started to work on it Thursday morning and had it finished before the end of business day, saved me a lot of money as Driver's Village quoted me $2,100 to do the same service. Will definitely go back to they for needed future repairs.”

“Good selection of parts and very convenient if you live near there. Counter folks are usually pretty good and knowledgeable, friendly also of course. Place has been here a long while and doing well. Offering testing of batteries, alternators, is very helpful. They used to install wipers and batteries, if they still do that, that is very nice. Parking here is fine and easy in out to route 11.”

“Excellent service from the Manger David Chapman and the team. I dropped by without an appointment for a problem with my daughter's tire's. Even though the shop was incredibly busy with major repairs, [David Chapman] managed the workflow perfectly, kept me updated on the timeline, and got me back on the road in under an hour. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND whe HE DIDN'T have too... I'm just entirely IMPRESSED. I've never been treated that good at any, Mechanical service place.( Even talked to his repeated customers that come from far away because they like David Chapman so much😊) I will say this: The Monroe in North Syracuse will be my forever go-to place. And I will be passing it along as well.
