“I went into the Liverpool Verizon location with a couple of problems: needed a charger for my smart watch and better phone/data coverage while traveling. Don showed me the wireless power share app on my phone which blew my mind. He then did a quote to change to the upper level of My Plan...not much of an increase in cost but more accessibility to towers! Game changers both!! Don answered all my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and humor. Liverpool Verizon is the only place I go for phone questions! It's the best!!!”
“Experienced an online problem with my account that was very frustrating, and decided to go into the Clay store, in person, to see if they could help. The Manager, Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable, very direct, and was able to not only answer all my questions, but relieve the frustration I experienced online.

“Had an issue with my phone cover bubbling up. Verizon store said it'd be expensive to repair and that I ought to consider a new phone. This one was under 3 years old. Wireless Connections diagnosis the problem to the battery.Flashlight had also quit working, because of the battery. They put a new battery in it for $ 80 + (labor, new battery, etc). Phone works fine, no issues. Flashlight works fine now. Staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.”

“Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.”
“My experience with Elizabeth and Ralph was excellent. I was able to prepay my account quickly and also switch my wife from Tracfone to AT&T very quickly. I got a great deal on a new phone for my wife and Ralph took care of the phone number and data transfer from her old phone to the new one. I have insurance on it, they came right to my house to fix it. It was fixed in like 5 minutes!”

He could’ve let me just pay the bill and send me on my way but he cared enough to look into why an elderly woman’s bill was so high and I truly appreciate the amazing customer service”
“Yesterday morning i went there to have my cellphone reopened after applying a password by mistake, the guy name was jesse or john he warned me he had to do a factory reset and i might lose all contacts and apps, but he opened it with factory reset, and all apps contacts and everything came back. nice pleasant guy very professional.”
