“Nice and clean store, friendly and helpful staff, good selection of phones some being only offered by metro. Prices are misleading but not super expensive. The service and activation price can add 70+$ onto the total. Bad parking lot makes traffic difficult.”

“We had an interesting couple of visits to this location. Last Sunday, 7/26/26, we visited the T mobile kiosk at Costco in Camillus to address issues we were having with our new modem. The representative ordered us a new modem and extender, and said we could pick the equipment up at either the Dewitt or Destiny location. We chose Dewitt because of a negative experience my wife had at the Destiny location. When we got to the Dewitt location at 4 PM, it was closed! Posted hours were 11-6, and the place was shuttered! so, off to Destiny we went. By this time, I was extremely frustrated over spending hours screwing around, trying to get our new T-mobile internet working. At Destiny, we met Lorena and Jorge, who both spotted my level of frustration and anger, and they both handled it like pros! we got our new extender, and were told the modem we had was their top of the line offering. So, back home we went and spent hours trying to get the new modem to work. Although it functioned, the satellite signal was so weak, even with the extender, that we couldn't get our TVs , Ring cameras or internet to work properly. It was a very disappointing experience. A colossal waste of time and effort. we disconnected the T-mobile modem and plugged our Verizon FIOS modem back in. Within minutes, we were back up running again.
The following day, we took the equipment back to the Destiny location. We saw Lorena again, and she was very gracious handling our interaction, even though T-mobile was in the midst of a national service outage. Lorena was calm, collected and very professional handling our return. She exhibited all the qualities you'd expect from a professional service/ technical representative.
If Lorena isn't the manager at this location, she should be!”

I expressed my sincere gratitude while I was there. A lot time businesses look at you as just a dollar and a quick sale. She took her time l, addressed our needs and concerns and went above and beyond. Thanks Liz for all your help”
“The woman who was working today when I stopped in around 11:30 was absolutely amazing with her customer service, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.”

“I am so happy I called this T-Mobile and got helped by Sarah. She is attentive, fast and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in about 90 minutes.(Very fast time compared to the 4 hours I spent at a previous t-mobile that day and got nothing accomplished)Sarah made sure everything got transferred over. Made sure my phone was set up accurately. Even gave me suggestions for thing I can do later on with my plan. She broke down all of the benefits of my plan and answered every question I had. AJ was very helpful as well.If you need something done right, go to this T-mobile.I was a former sprint customer so they help them as well.Highly recommend.”
