The staff are educated and passionate, and I make nearly an hour drive just to visit this store. I’ve bought several wonderful fish from them, and greatly appreciate every purchase. Healthy animals and true understanding of their needs is a wonderful thing to see in these stores.

628 S Main St, North SyracuseMardee works so well with my little one (Oreo). She works off of your schedule and times that are best for you. I love that you can walk in anytime and use the shop and equipment to wash your dog. It is a small fee, I believe $5-$7 to wash and go. If I had to find something I didn't like it would be the location. I work out near shop but live way out towards Camillus. It is worth the travel!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt special welcoming, and just the right place to soak in such an important day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel celebrated without being over the top. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely happy for us, which made the experience even more meaningful. The food was incredible as always. It felt like the perfect way to mark the start of our new chapter together. This will always be a special place for us. We come here for trivia and have built great relationships with the staff. We’re so grateful we chose to celebrate here and will definitely be back for anniversaries to come.
