“The apartment in Deerlakes is a very clean, comfortable, and safe place to live. For small families that love being outside and taking walks by the lake, this is a terrific spot. I will truly miss the four years that my family and I spent living in Unit 2310. Ashley, the property manager, is incredibly considerate and efficient at resolving any issues you may have! If you're looking for a fantastic area to live, I highly recommend Deerlakes!”

The amenities are exceptionally good and the staff is great.The manager, Jennifer, is very nice and is always accessible to tenants.The building is quiet and clean.The maintenance staff is outstanding, especially Joe, who has done work in my apartment many times throughout the years. Joe is always prompt; professional; knowledgeable; efficient; friendly and courteous. He always go the extra mile to ensure tenant’s satisfaction. The location is wonderful.The grounds are clean and beautiful. I highly recommend Boulevard Towers as a great place to live.”
