“I had an exceptional experience at Home Outlet in Depew. Tommy went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but his attention to detail with the kitchen cabinets was outstanding. He took the time to explain every option, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything turned out exactly right. Tommy’s dedication and expertise truly made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
Absolutely 5 stars — Tommy is a standout! If you need help, ask for him!”
“Love the store. Great customer service. Amazing selection of products. Pleasure to still have the ability to go to a real, independent hardware store and get personal attention from knowledgeable and experienced staff.”
“Home Depot is awesome overall. Each store can have it's quirks, but for me I've really enjoyed working with the stores for all my DIY and business needs.”
“We updated our kitchen after 30 years and worked with Colette. She was extremely professional, experienced and efficient. ProSource had all the products we needed, from cabinets to sinks to hardware. Every question was answered promptly and any issue handled professionally. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend.”
“I was doing some plumbing repairs at home, I have no plumbing experience, so I brought the pieces that I wanted to replace with me and I was staring at the shelves for about 15 minutes, till God sent me an angel named Jennifer! In one minute she looked at me parts, said follow me, grabbed the pieces I needed without even looking, she even cut that one piece to the size I needed! Oh Jennifer is the best!!!!”
“I give this store a great rating due to always being friendly and helpful I was referred by a friend of mine who spends alot of money at this store so I did the same bought kitchen cabinets and granite counters entry doors flooring and everyone loves my kitchen when they see it. the manager even helped me plan and design the kitchen with the correct sizes and everything fit perfectly and I have a deluxe kitchen at an affordable price with this happy experience I went to another location to purchase solid hardwood flooring you know the 3/4" inch thick planks the real stuff well I was assured it was durable and after having it installed for a month it sure wasn't living up to its standards but because that location did however help ease my mind about the longevity by issuing a credit toward the flooring which totally made it justifiable since the floors were already installed and couldn't be undone and also made an effort to work with the manufacturer with the fact that the store made this situation right out of something wrong I left a happy customer and I will be back when it's time to redo the bathrooms I have on the to do list”
“These are the most brutally honest people I've ever met, they are willing to go extra mile for you, they will sit 1-1 with you and teach you things, you would be surprised of what they know, they will tell how it is done properly, so that you wont ever have to re-do it next year. I from the bottom of my heart completely recommend it.”
“Went in to purchase a new dishwasher. Steph in the appliance department was super friendly and helpful with helping me check inventory, giving me a discount for some confusion with said inventory, and ordering my dishwasher online for delivery. She was very polite and made the process very easy for me”
“Great place to purchase pet food in large quantities. A larger selection of big bags would be nice. I also wish they'd carry more specialty products such as bulk litter deodorizers/options for odor control, etc..”
“This store is small with limited inventory, but the personal service is excellent. Recently we were shopping in the paint department and the lady was super helpful. Also the SICO paint is perfect for our kitchen cabinets.”
“I enjoy shopping at Lowe’s but the selection on some tools and electric supplies has become very limited. I have had to shop at a different store for some particular items I needed.”
“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
