“I purchased a bedroom set and living room couch as well as a recliner from the Medford location. I had an amazing salesman or owner (not sure as to the title of the man) help me without being intrusive as I shopped around. When I had a question he was very polite and very respectful. I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here. “Customer service at it's BEST! During the shipment someone stole the wood blanks and put a yarn instead. (Unbelievable I know) so I called EWUSA spoke with Mr.Gerard. “Absolutely amazing wood. I wanted to get some wood for a couple of projects including Black walnut, Cherry and maple but I was not sure where to get it. I went up to Urban Specialty woods and they had a variety pack of all three of those woods. the wood was outstanding quality and I checked the moisture content and it was very dry. the service was amazing and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The prices are great for the amazing quality of wood. they had so many beautiful slabs that I've never even seen before. this is definitely the best wood store I have been to yet. I will definitely be shopping here many more times in the future!”
“In todays day and age it is very hard to find a store that backs there product the way David the owner and Dinette and Lighting Plaza have done four times for us in the years we have lived in Commack,NY. Our first kitchen set was from them and I was short two chairs from the set I bought for a moving in party. David and his Dad went upstate to get me the two chairs so I would have them in time. I remember saying wow what great and I have never for got what they did for me. That was 22 years ago. My second set I bought from them had chairs and after a few years needed to be redone and David advised us to restuff the chairs and recover them. They came back looking like brand new. Was very happy. Unfortunately just under 2 years the leather on the seats started to crack and I called David and he said to bring in the chair. After seeing the chair David honored redoing them and recommended restuffing them so they would come out right. Since we had a problem as always price wise he did right by us and backed his product and they came out beautiful. I believe most other stores would not of helped us after that time period and turned us away. I would highly recommend David and Dinette and Lighting to anyone. They stand for the word customer service. They also have beautiful furniture, fixtures and Tables. David is kind, honest and caring and there work is beautiful. You would not be disappointed at all. Just happy you used them. His prices are great too and he is always fair. Thanks David for everything.”

“The redesign of this Target store has done it wonders. Just about every item I come in for is always in stock, and there is a wider variety of inventory to pick from.
The workers are helpful and work hard to keep the shelves clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
I want to thank Benjamin K. and Nayelli (manager) in particular for being incredibly patient and kind in helping me with some items that would have taken me a long time to figure out on my own.
My last review on this store was 4 years ago, and I gave them 3 stars. They have definitely come a long way!”
“Jim the owner was very helpful and had very good quality chairs and tables. He gave you a lot of time to look around and wasn't pushing you to make a decision. We bought a really nice table, the quality was good. It was delivered and put together by one of his employees who was meticulous and cleaned up the boxes after. First time in over 50 years, I got a thank you note from Jim for purchasing our table. It's the personal touch from a conscientious business that is lacking from other larger chain stores. I would buy from him again and highly recommend his store.”

Mindy was always incredibly responsive and helped us pick out fabrics that work perfectly for the space.
