“I recently started working for my families business and they use Daniel as their consultant. 80 percent of the day is spent working on the computer so there's issues that arise from time to time. And Daniel has been our savior - he has been nothing short of amazing! Every interaction that I have had with him has been great. He is quick to respond via email or telephone and is always ready to help. There has not been one situation or issue that Daniel has not been able to help us with. From computer malfunctions to printer setups, he does it all. My family has been using him for some time now and they have nothing but great things to say about him. He really is the best!”

“I had the pleasure of being assisted today by your sales representative RiChard. He went above and beyond in helping our family navigate the complex process of closing a deceased relative's account and reassigning the associated lines and account responsibilities. RiChard demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully address all of our questions and concerns, remaining committed to assisting us despite multiple system glitches and verification complications. He dedicated more than 90 minutes to ensuring everything was handled properly, even sacrificing his lunch break to provide uninterrupted support. Without RiChard's knowledge, persistence, and genuine care, this experience would have became frustrating. His outstanding customer service and dedication made a significant difference, and we are truly grateful for his assistance!”

“Es bueno el servicio pero en la tienda que está al frente del supermercado bravo de spring valley la tienda que está en la ruta 59 la atención es pésima y no ayudan al consumidor solo quieren vender en mi opinión es mejor el servicio en la tienda cerca al bravo y eso que es más pequeña y humilde gracias por su atención”

“We made an appointment to rejoin Varizon from T-Mobile on Nov 29. We were five family members and she took care of all with in 3 hours. It took long time to transfer data but she was constantly watching each phone and transferred all Five phones successfully. She also helped each of to select our free I phone 17 pro covers and then she professionally Put I phone film cover with such card as no air bubble was present, absolutely perfect job. Overall she was very knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, very calm and confident. She made all of us very happy as we got our colors and appropriate I phones. Three I phone 17 pro and Two Google 10 Pro. She managed entire big task very efficiently and effectively with in reasonable time. Truly pleasure working with her. We all highly recommend her for new switching or existing customers. Sincerely Arvind, Rona and family. Verizon team members: Russell Cellular Emerson NJ 07630”

I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon. The whole team was empathetic and restored my faith in customer service Thank you .”
