“Went to Westwood UPS to get fingerprints scanned for specialty license. After a few attempts on the fingerprint scanner Adrian took the initiative and called the agency that helps with the processing. The situation with the fingerprinting was resolved. If not for Adrian would still be there. Prior to Westwood went to Ridgefield UPS and wasted one hour attempt the scan and no one could help me.”
“Only UPS I trust with dropping off my packages for my business. I’ve been a customer for 4+ years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. If you have a problem when you come here it’s you because they make everything extremely easy for you and even have a kiosk where you can scan your drop offs if you don’t want to wait in line. If it’s not busy they even help you to your car with your boxes.”

“Please don't order ordinary photos here, we ordered 11 photos, the price is $ 20 +round we choose high-quality photos. But when we received them, the quality was horrible. I originally wanted to give them as gifts, but I was embarrassed to give them to my friends and family because the quality was so bad. Haha...”
