“The bank attends their clients well but there was an incident that left me and my brother unsatisfied.... What occurred was that one day I went with my brother to the bank since he doesn't speak English, next to us was a women who was about 80 years old listening to my brother and I speaking, she made a racist comment stating that "Here in America you don't speak Spanish and Trump would deport everyone to Mexico". I know that the bank doesn't have fault in this but I would like for the bank to make it aware to it the public that everyone deserves respect and should be treated equally despite your race or language. It was very shocking to hear such hate and I told the bank employee about this event.”

“Every time I go into my branch located in Oceanside NY, I can not say enough, about how nice everybody is. The tellers and staff are always so polite and accommodating. When I need help from an officer, the woman officer there whose name escapes me, but begins with a Z, is always so helpful and nice. They all go out of their way to make me feel welcome.The only issue that I have, has nothing to do with the staff. Since the branch, hours were reduced and closing time was moved up to 5 pm from 6 pm, it has been much more difficult for me to get into the branch during open hours. 6 pm closing made it much easier to use the bank with more frequency. I have also thought, that since the bank is located in the very best spot in the whole shopping center, it has the corner spot in the strip of stores where the branch is located if they have seriously considered opening up a drive-up window. The branch is often on the quiet side. That is such a busy mall, with Kohls, Amazon Fresh, Michaels, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshalls, Sleepys (now Mattress Firm), and a pizza place, dry cleaner, card store, and a bagel place, that a drive-up window most will surely increase the number of customers and increase business at that fine branch geometrically.”
