“I just want to give a big shout out to Andrew in the shoe department in Oceanside. Every time I go in there looking for either shoe for myself or for a customer . Andrew always is attentive. He finds it within minutes. I hope and pray that Kohl’s never ever replaces him. I really appreciate that he takes the time and helps me find the item. You don’t find too many customer employees who are willing to go the extra mile.”

“TJMAXX at the Oceanside location is good. It was a great place to shop for items for my content creation. The line moved quickly when it was time to checkout. Great selection of clearance items. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking is available. Overall, it was a great experience.”

“I've shopped at plenty of Marshalls locations over the years, and this one was probably my least favorite. The store has a decent selection and the prices are what you'd expect from Marshalls, but the overall shopping experience left a lot to be desired.

The biggest issue was the condition of the store. Several departments looked like they hadn't been straightened up in quite some time. Merchandise was mixed together, shelves were messy, and many items seemed to be sitting in the wrong sections. Trying to browse felt more exhausting than enjoyable because it took so much effort to find anything.

I also noticed that customer service was lacking. When I needed assistance locating an item, it was difficult to find an employee. The few staff members I interacted with weren't particularly helpful and seemed more focused on conversations among themselves than assisting customers.

I did manage to find a couple of good deals, which is the main reason I'm not rating it lower. The potential is definitely there, but the store would benefit from better organization, cleaner displays, and a stronger focus on customer service. Until then, I'd rather drive a little farther to visit another location.”
