Completely incompetent. There’s usually one person behind the counter on busy days so there’s long wait times. They lose packages all the time or have it sitting waiting at their facility for 2.5 weeks before it gets to your house. No parking either what a joke

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lazy staff who make up their own hours for passport services regardless of the hours stated online. Do yourself a favor and go to Lynbrook for passport services.

USPS really has gone down hill. They just delivered a package. Worker blaring music just throw the package over the fence.
