“We had the pleasure of having John help us this evening when we came in looking for a new washer/dryer combo. He was super helpful, answered all our questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. His manager Steve also came over to assist, who was also very friendly and made us feel confident that we received a great product at the best possible price!! Fun fact: We didn’t realize the store closed at 8:00 and they both stayed to finished my transaction without even letting me know that the store was technically closed. When I found out I felt terrible and said “why didn’t you tell me!!” and John said, “when you have guests over, do you kick them out?” I would highly recommend John and Steve at PC Richard in West Babylon. “I was at this location about a week ago to port over my new phone. I was already a Metro customer, but my old phone got damaged and no longer turned on. I went in around 7:15pm and the store closes at 8. The rep, America, was helping someone else briefly while i waited. Once she started to help me, there was an issue with her system and what would otherwise be an easy process, ended up taking some extra time. Well, even though the store was closing, she was patient and persistent in helping me to a resolution. She called her supervisor, manager and even dealer support. She was kind, helpful and friendly!
