“This place is amazing insurance didn't want to fix my van they deemed it a total loss. Then my mechanic referred me to Andrew's and in 2 days got everything I needed very cheap and in great condition. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place fast and great customer service overall very satisfied thanks again Andrew's auto salvage!”
“This is the best place in Olean to get an alignment for your vehicle. Nobody beats their prices, and they get your vehicle back to you in a hour. I was on a tight schedule and they had my truck in and out and it rides perfectly.”
“Called to schedule an appointment ad my Check Engine Light came on and decided to schedule an oil change and tire rotation as well even though it was a bit ahead if schedule. Was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, the replacement part I needed was in stock, and I was in and out in record time. Service was excellent as always.”

“This business and the people who work there are phenomenal! They have fixed 3 of my vehicles and you can't even tell that there was ever any damage. I would never take my vehicles any where else. I highly recommend them.”
“I highly recommend Mastel Ford in Olean NY for all your FORD needs. No pressure sales and excellent staff are the special of the day ~ Thanks for a great truck ! Thanks for the great service !”
“I need to say a huge thank you to Ayers Autobody and Collision for their amazing work on my car! On 12/1, I was hit head on and the front of my car was completely ruined. The vehicle was towed to Ayer’s and they worked tirelessly to get in parts (not as easy as it should be) and make it as good as new!
I hope everyone I know can avoid an accident- BUT- as I have learned sometimes it’s completely out of your hands. If it happens to you, give Ayer’s a call! To say I am impressed and grateful is an understatement!”

“I had a great experience today while purchasing my 2022 Kia Sorento. Josh Lundy was wonderful to work with and was able to get me a good deal at a good price! I definitely recommend working with this dealership and Josh himself. I would certainly go back again!”
“I absolutely love having the same local parts store that has always been there. It's hasn't changed a bit since I was a kid other than the computers on the counter.
Shop local, support our local business, not the billion dollar conglomerates that ask us to round up our purchases when their the ones with all our money.”

“I’ve been working in Olean but I’m from out of state. I do a lot of driving between NH and here so I have been using this location for my basic auto part needs. Last night I needed new wiper blades for my truck and came here thinking I was just getting blades. The store attendant, Dakota, stepped right up and helped me through the process and through his expert knowledge, helped me to select the perfect fit and style for my application. I’ve been buying blades for years and thought I knew what I was doing but this young man really knows his blades which absolutely impressed me. He even installed them for me which I thought was fantastic. Dakota really deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service and knowledge of the parts being sold. I am one very happy customer.”
“The people here are amazing. I was traveling from out of state and they were able to help me right away and suggested another great place to go to as well I really appreciate all your help”
“Courteous Nice place clean everyone's willing to help you found anything out about the problems with your vehicle they help with everything to changing a light bulb windshield wipers battery tail lights”
“On point! They replaced a door on my Subaru and matched the paint perfectly. Even more amazing, they pretty much detailed the interior- which i was not expecting and lordy did they have their work cut out (kids under 10!). Work was amazing, they even finished ahead of schedule and kept me in the loop via texts on updates. 100% recommend and will return if my zeroturn drives itself into my car again. ?”
“Ask for an oil change, dude stated that the estimated time would be 3 hours before they got to my vehicle. I said “Ok.” And accepted the time frame. About an hour later my vehicle was done.”
