“Stop here a lot - mostly during the day shift. The staff on the day shift is the best, bar none. Almost all of them are extremely efficient and kind. Those that haven't reached this level are still good but still learning. They must be an ok company because so many of their staff have been there a really long time. Just one thing, I get the chicken wing pizza a lot. It's really good. Got one the other night from the E. State St. store and couldn't believe how much better it was. They are definitely doing something different than each other. It's something in the crust. 12th st. crust seems to be a little over soaked with grease for some reason and flat. E. state was light and airy but still crispy. maybe they are greasing the pans too much before putting the pizza in them. Otherwise, this is a great store in Olean.
*wish they would bring back the ham, egg & cheese biscuit and/or muffin in the grab and go case. I know they'll make it to order but usually don't have time to wait in the morning on the way to work.”

“Quick stop on a day long drive. Matt made us a fresh hot cheese pizza. Run by good people. They also had the jalapeno cream taquitos, our favorite, and their toppings.
Place was stocked well.”
“The ladies are quick as they can be with one pharmacist sometimes. In-line waiting has two servers. We get meds for us and pets smoothly. Cheryl specifically talks my diabetic cat Ringo.
BTW, they should not be bothered during a brief half hour lunch. People need to read and abide by the 1:30–2 pm CLOSURE.
Pharmacy works long hours to prepare precise meds!”

“What a cool store! It sells Lechonk plushies from Pokemon the only time I went (as of writing), and Lechonk is a Generation IX Pokemon for those who know little about the franchise.
CVS is the only big store downtown, since Family Dollar closed a few months back, and Big Lots and Rite Aid closed due to bankruptcy in 2025 (respectively February and July 2025)”
“I love it here. They always got good coffee, great fountain drinks and good prices for things. They got good hot food as well, though sometimes there’s only one or two workers and you’ll have to wait a few to get checked out. Also with rewards you can get good deals with too. They usually also have good things upfront to grab even if some things are expensive they are still worth it to me!”
