“This is for the Olean, NY BJs store location. Very nice but it can't hold a candle to the Hamburg, NY location ...Hamburg, NY has a beautiful deli full of freshly cut lunch meat & Cheese, Homemade salads ect... (Let's Not Forget Beautiful (Ready to Eat) Rotisserie chickens spinning around, YUM! I really like the Olean, NY location BUT, Why don't we have a lunchmeat deli fresh sliced meat counter? Or a Chicken Rotissere? (Fairly in~expensive & Small to purchase a Chix Rotissere oven!!! Lets get er done Olean!!! If not a lunch~meat deli..AT~LEAST give us Rotissere Chickens? Y'all have plenty of room. The chix ovens are the size of a double~Wide fridge...Step it up a notch :) please”
“This store is very clean. Very well organized. Shelves were well stocked. Staff is very helpful. I asked an associate if they had Epson salts and she didn't hesitate she stopped what she was doing to get the product for me. Over all it was a wonderful store.”
“Took Truck load of Bottles in at 6pm (this was the only time I could get there) EVERY SINGLE staff member jumped right in helped unload my truck, they worked together as a team to do the whole process and they made it look seamless!!! GREAT team work, and amazing staff, will absolutely be back again”

“A great location to shop and get yummy food. Their service is wonderful and its a great way to support local shopping. Their food is quality and always made on point from my experience over the last 6 plus years. It's a good stop to grab a quick drink also with a good arrange of options. A good addition for Olean”
“I don't like Walmart shopping. Always employees blocking aisles. I hate self-checkout! Very few motorized carts and what they have usually don't run long enough to get through store. Always have problems with credit card machines. Lights are hard on eyes.”

“I remember coming here as a kid. Ohio got rid of all their Tops stores. I didn’t know they were still around until we came to New York lol. This is a huge & well stocked store. Lots of options. Clean. Employees were nice”
“It’s great place. Some good deals. Unfortunately some things I noticed don’t have price tags, but other than that it’s good store. Diaper deals, along with soda deals are great as well. Also one of the best places to add money to cash apps because somebody always there to do it. Sometimes lines can get long due to usually one or two workers. They do get newer drinks fast compared to the others at times around town.”
“Always pleased woth how friendly the check out staff is at this location. I don't like self-checkout so I always go through a checkout line with a cashier and I've never been disappointed at this location”

“This store does not have any candy (I have a sweet tooth), save for the checkout lane area, and when I visited it (March 7, 2026), I was watching Bowser Junior's Addiction on my computer.”
