“Thomas was so helpful when I needed to start a new phone for my husband. The old phone was VERY old making it impossible to transfer numbers, photos, etc. but Thomas figured out a way to transfer numbers. He quietly set up the new screen and helped set up the new phone in other ways. He was kind, patient and made me feel like nothing was a problem. Thomas is a great asset to AT&T in Oneonta, NY!

Theresa at the Oneonta Verizon store calmed me down and had me back up and running with all of my stuff located and transferred to my new phone within an hour. It was a miracle! If anyone needs help with their devices or just a calming presence and some technological pointers, she's the best and i highly recommend her!!!
