“I was at the mall and decided that I would pay my not yet due phone bill while I was there. Brandon greeted me the moment I arrived and asked what had brought me into the store today. I explained that not only did I want to pay my bill but also find a durable replacement case for my new phone. Brandon was very knowledgeable about the products that were available for my phone and after getting the items that he suggested he removed the old case,cleaned my phone and installed the new screen saver and Otter Box. Brandon is a very capable young man and is able to make the customer feel comfortable and at ease.”
