i want to say Jack is a treasure ! He is always willing to help ; he has taken so much time with me picking out my parakeet also helping me with my Koi. He is a gem of an employee. Everyone actually in the Oneonta Petco are SUPER HELPFUL and care about you and your PETS

Sold me a hamster that died 5 days later. Refused any remedy whatsoever because I dont have a receipt. I'm part of the Pals rewards system, they should be able to look it up. Nope. Unless I have the receipt, they refuse any assistance and didn't even offer apologies for the dead animal and devastated child. Unbelievable!
