“Love everything from the accessibility of our indoor, temp-controlled unit to the modern, user-friendly security code process. 5 stars if the lights in our section hadn't kept going out on us while we were moving around and rearranging our loot. All other light sensors remained on except ours...the one at the first door of section 2200 block.”
“After living here for 2 years we are sad to be leaving the beautiful apartment. We moved from Miami to Hamburg for work and this place was the best. Great open floorplan and comfortable living space. The management team is awesome. Lexi was always responsive and available to answer any questions and get maintenance requests done quickly. The team has always been respectful and couldn't ask for a better place. This beats out all other apartments in the area by far. Leaving the area for work but had I stayed, it would have been at the Woods at Bayview”
“I absolutely loved living at Brookview Apartments! I stayed here for 2 years and had such a great experience. My unit had in-suite laundry, and the community amenities like the pool were fantastic. Cindy, the property manager, was amazing the entire time I lived here. Anytime I had an issue in my unit, she took care of it right away. She was always great at keeping residents informed with email updates, furnace filter replacements, and more. Brookview also hosted fun events like a summer party and Food Truck Thursdays, which were super convenient (and delicious!). I’ve recommended Brookview to friends, and a few have even moved in themselves. Highly recommend!”
“Lived here for 5 years, nice spacious apartments well kept. Bob with maintenance is the best maintenance guy i have ever had & i have been renting for 10+ years. He really cares & is there for you even after hours & when there are snow days. Grounds are always kept & parking lots plowed. Never any issues, thank you for 5 good years!!!”

“My grandfather lives here he likes it. But there is one thing that I disagree with. There is a fire extinguisher outside the tenants apartments. But, it is just one there. The owners should have it to where it is mandatory for every tenant to have a fire extinguisher in their apartment. What happenes if there is a fire and the tenant does not have access to the fire extinguisher then what?”
“Whole process was very easy, Jenn was very friendly and communicated everything effectively. Like that there's an online portal to pay rent and maintenance requests. I had no issues. Like how they make paying electric and fios easy and they give you the numbers to call. Each unit gets a nice big storage unit which is a plus. Paying with a card for laundry is great, I don't have to scrounge for quarters. Only thing I don't like is the fixtures are kinda dated and there's a random outlet covered in my kitchen. Plus I'm not psyched about having to share laundry with others but it's not a big deal. Overall unit is nice and clean and I'm excited to move in next week!”
“... Moved in 5/1/13 & have been warmly welcomed as a new resident. Management is caring-&-professional, the staff supportive-&-helpful. Clean-&-safe, I'm enjoying my 7th-floor studio apt. facing East with a view of the new Bflo. Medical Campus. My transition, from East Aurora in the Southtowns, to here has been smooth. Walgreens has been great with the move, Chuck's Deli-&-Wendy's delish! +, I'm close to Westminster Presbyterian Church, where I've sung T1 for 26-yrs. & where I rehearse with the Bflo. Gay Men's Chorus! A new HOME!”
“I think this is a really convinent place to live especially if you have children. The amenities are a plus. I find the office staff very easy to deal with and informative. Leasing offices deal with a lot of crazy people and I feel like this office does a really fine job individually. My apartment complex is clean. There’s a cleaner who cleans the hallways every week. I find Idylwood to be prompt with requests as well. Minor complaints so far in comparison to a lot of other apartment buildings/ landlords. As for neighbors you can’t blame the apartment buildings for dirty people. But even still it hasn’t been too much of an issue thus far which was one of my biggest concerns moving into a complex.”
“My daughter and I enjoyed living here. We love our neighbors, and have made many friends in the community. It is quiet where we are and the maintenance are very personable. We are moving because we need a bigger space, but all in all, we were happy for the time we had this as our home.”
