I went in after dropping my phone in the lake, he tried to help fix it and spent a lot of time trying to get my old phone to pull up info for the transfer to the new one. He dealt with all my insane questions and even stayed late after the store was supposed to close on a holiday to get my services going. He did not rush and even helped me set up certain options on the new phone, that I asked for help with.”
“I am NOT a fan of change and was absolutely dreading getting a new phone but had to because mine was so old certain apps weren't even working anymore. Lindsey D was the only thing that made this entire ordeal even tolerable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helped me through dozens of silly questions, got me an awesome deal on a phone that is just the new version of my old one so I still felt comfortable about the transition, and just made the whole thing as easy as possible. Truly don't think I could have managed otherwise!!!”

“I was in on Saturday to lower my mother's cable/internet bill and to switch two phones over from Verizon. Ricardo was our Representative that day and He did an Amazing job with helping us lower costs and switch everything over. His co-worker Eternity was helping as well. They were professional and were able to handle all the items we needed addressed. They were so kind and took the time to help us until everything was resolved and working correctly. We saved so much money switching phones over and re-visiting her cable/internet promotions.

“We have been with ColoCrossing for 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about their service. As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them.I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.”
“What started off being a bad experience was quickly turned around by Iain Fehr the manager of the store. When we switched from T-Mobile to Verizon we were supposed to receive our rebate and never did.. we came to Iain about the situation and he stuck with us the whole time and really went to bat for us!! Thank you Iain!! You made me believe in good customer service again.. keep up the great work”
