I shipped a ten pound package by ground and was told it would be delivered from NY to GA in 3 days. My package was delivered, as instructed, and in good shape. “Best, friendly staff in the area. Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly no matter how long it takes.
I recently informed about the mail delivery service that has not been reliable in our area. The manager spoke to me and was very transparent about the process and steps taken . That felt made me feel very confident and next day I saw step 2 already been taken care of.

“I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.”
“Great rates on volume moves. Customer service made delivery much easier. Updated website for order and BOL creation is easier. Adding copies of BOLs, PRO Numbers and in transit auto updates by email of shipment routing and delivery status is proactive and reduces the number of calls and follow ups and sharing info customer and consignees makes there lives easier too.Used Estes Express for years and the local terminal staff and managers have.been very helpful tour customer success.”
“Someone please give Krista at this Post Office, a raise! We had trouble with our scheduled passport appointment yesterday and she was so kind, patient and helpful. She was able to get it sorted out while assisting other customers. Her multitasking abilities coupled with her incredibly warm and kind personality make her a perfect fit for public work. She was even extra sweet to my 5 year old! Everyone that was coming in while we were there treated her like family and she did the same in return. I can see why she is so well-liked! “I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza. Once I got there Karen greeted me and helped me with what I needed. She passed me on to Sarah who was also very nice! She helped me scale down what I needed printed. While Sarah was helping me, Karen saw an elderly customer walking to the door and immediately went to the door to help him open the door and assist him once he came inside! She was so friendly and patient with him! You don't see that kind of customer service much these days!”
“Today I received an early Christmas gift from the USPS on Como Park blvd. I want to thank a gentleman named Gary who sorted though a truck load of pkgs to find my package. It was medicine that my cat desperately needed but was delayed at the shippers point, due to their incompetence. I was supposed to have this med by Tuesday the latest and here it is Thursday with a delivery date of Friday afternoon. Thank you Gary, another day could have caused my cat her life. You are truly amazing.”

“I was trying to have several packages picked up. I’m unfamiliar with the process, So I reached out to my local post office, which is located on William Street in Buffalo. When I called the night before I spoke with Alicia, who was extremely helpful, Giving the important information I needed to make sure my package pick up went smoothly. When I called back the next morning to let them know I forgot to submit the online request she told me “no problem. I printed out and gave him the information from your prior request” she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, even calling him after I had just missed him. He came back 10 minutes later and was nice as ever.”

“Many thanks to Stephanie at the Orchard Park USPS location. She was friendly, incredibly helpful, and provided exceptional customer service.
I walked in today trying to figure out what size packaging would be best to ship the two items that I needed to ship. I figured I'd buy the box, take it home, pack it, seal it, and bring it back to ship it.
I waited my turn, and got called up. Stephanie asked me what I was trying to ship and if I knew the weight. I said I wasn't sure, but the items were in my car. She told me to go get them and we'd go from there.
Shortly after I returned from my car, Stephanie helped me pack and ready the box for shipping.
I cannot thank Stephanie enough for all her help today, and for simplifying the process on top of it. Stephanie deserves more than just 5 stars”
