“Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Ryan who has been incredible on several occasions. First, he helped me print some items for my grandmothers funeral mass. I remember how kind and helpful he was. It was a difficult time for me and made printing my items so incredibly easy. He spent the time to make sure everything turned out perfect. This really meant a lot to me. Most recently my husband and I went in to ship my bridal bouquet to be preserved. Ryan was once again so kind and helpful. After leaving there I felt confident that my bridal bouquet would be delivered safely and in the best condition possible. I can’t thank Ryan enough for his help. Each time I have interacted with him he has truly gone above and beyond and has left a lasting impression in such a small amount of time. Thank you Ryan! “Pick up App @ 11:30 am on Thursday but accepted me on Wed @ 9 am, after I called to see if it was possible they take me sooner also understanding sometimes they can't & I'm very thankful they did, Also confirmed that 12"9 - Overpass/Bridge on (Clinton St & New Babcock st) is A-Okay for 13"6 trucks !! City should change the sign. Friendly workers & fast loading paperwork & out by 9:30 am, Wish all shipper/reciever were like this I'd always want to come back, Thanks again! Keep it up ???”

Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

“I normally wouldn't review a post office but I think this one is doing just fine despite a lot of negative reviews so BAM - 5 stars! I've always had good service from various staff members when I stop in to mail out packages. I don't feel rushed when I'm trying to choose which stamps I want. I have not had any bad experiences, ever, for the 13 years I've lived in South Buffalo. People also seem to complain about their mail carriers but ours is very friendly, accommodating and all around great.”

“I went to the Post Office to return a massive amount of clothes that didn't fit or looked way better online. The girl there was SUPER helpful! I was looking at the display thing they have of envelopes, boxes n tape and such, and from behind the counter she asked if I needed any help. She could've just stood there til I came up to the counter, like most customer service people do nowadays, so right off the bat - good service! I said maybe, so she said she'd come meet me over there and help me. I told her it all came in a huge plastic envelope thing. Now, she could've upsold me a box cuz I had alot of stuff so a box probably would make sense and be quicker, but she grabbed what I asked for FROM THE BACKROOM and said if it doesn't fit, that she'll find me a box, but that she hopes it does cuz otherwise I'd have to buy tape as well as the box. But, it did fit, barely but I made it work. AND it only cost $2! She deserves a raise, just sayin' ?”

“I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza. Once I got there Karen greeted me and helped me with what I needed. She passed me on to Sarah who was also very nice! She helped me scale down what I needed printed. While Sarah was helping me, Karen saw an elderly customer walking to the door and immediately went to the door to help him open the door and assist him once he came inside! She was so friendly and patient with him! You don't see that kind of customer service much these days!”

Today, I had a large box of equipment that needed to be returned but my employer sent a box that was too large & they didn't send enough filler to cover my hardware with. This office kindly accepted the box and added the filler to the box for me, just charge me $5 for more filler. Recommend the great staff for any shipping & printing needed.”
