Today, I had a large box of equipment that needed to be returned but my employer sent a box that was too large & they didn't send enough filler to cover my hardware with. This office kindly accepted the box and added the filler to the box for me, just charge me $5 for more filler. Recommend the great staff for any shipping & printing needed.”

“Pick up App @ 11:30 am on Thursday but accepted me on Wed @ 9 am, after I called to see if it was possible they take me sooner also understanding sometimes they can't & I'm very thankful they did, Also confirmed that 12"9 - Overpass/Bridge on (Clinton St & New Babcock st) is A-Okay for 13"6 trucks !! “By far this is the most reliable trucking company I've found in the past 11 years. In the past, whenever I've had to hire a freight co. to go into a NJ port, I pretty much have to say a prayer ahead of time because some companies are so unreliable; costing businesses hundreds to thousands in drayage fees. Since I started using ODFL on the regular, I have not had one issue and I always get my freight when they promise. Transport may run about 20% more than other companies but worth it in the long run.”

“I normally wouldn't review a post office but I think this one is doing just fine despite a lot of negative reviews so BAM - 5 stars! I've always had good service from various staff members when I stop in to mail out packages. I don't feel rushed when I'm trying to choose which stamps I want. I have not had any bad experiences, ever, for the 13 years I've lived in South Buffalo. People also seem to complain about their mail carriers but ours is very friendly, accommodating and all around great.”

“We needed a large, handmade, delicate dollhouse and barn shipped to Seattle from Buffalo. Uhaul, FedEx and all the main consumer carriers did not even make boxes large enough for either object. We brought the dollhouse and barn to Karl and he knew exactly how to package them. He took them from us, stored them safely, then expertly packaged them in bubble wrap and a cardboard crate. He solicited bids for us to get them all the way across the country. We received text message updates when the delivery was arriving. They were in perfect condition. We can't thank him enough and will def come back the next time we have to ship a large item cross country.”

Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

“I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza. Once I got there Karen greeted me and helped me with what I needed. She passed me on to Sarah who was also very nice! She helped me scale down what I needed printed. While Sarah was helping me, Karen saw an elderly customer walking to the door and immediately went to the door to help him open the door and assist him once he came inside! She was so friendly and patient with him! You don't see that kind of customer service much these days!”
