“The staff, vet techs, and Vet have always been so friendly and kind. They treat both of my dogs so amazingly. They are always honest and fair. One of my two dogs is unfortunately accident prone. They always have the best solution and don't put the most expensive one first. They gave me options for everything and explain each one. Have had only good experiences here. Glad to have found them.”
“Abbott Rd Animal Hospital is always SO welcoming for me and my sweet dog. They know my pup by name and the staff always take the time to come out from the back to come and say hi, even though they could just simply check us in and send us to the doc. The staff makes this place so special- they are incredibly kind, and knowledgeable about animals. They understand financial limitations, and give you multiple options for the care of your pet when possible (as opposed to pressuring owners into an expensive treatment with no alternatives). I really appreciate that they have clients call when arriving, and inviting us into the lobby once it’s clear, to minimize the stress my dog experiences when meeting new dogs and animals. Overall, a very curated experience for a reasonable price!”

“The entire team during my visit was absolutely fantastic. Every person, even the security guard was so kind. There was no wait and they did everything they could to make my very nervous dog as comfortable as possible. Dr Bork was very accommodating to our financial restrictions offering options that worked for us. We have had bad experiences with other emergency vets in the area so it was so great to get such phenomenal service. The services were very reasonably priced as well. I could not have asked for a better team to care for my injured and scared boy”

“Everyone has their own opinions, but for emergency vet services, OP is by far, the best in the area. The staff is great, all around - front desk, techs, specialist, vets, etc... they all seem to love the animals as well - I know its a business, but they don't act like its a business first - and I really like that. They have helped save one of dogs twice in 2 years from bad Pneumonia and we are very greatful for their services.”
