The Backstage area was clean, bright, organized and had great selections and prices. I was traveling by with some returns in my car and only stopped due to the traffic... what a great find. “I was in the Palisades Mall on Saturday 3/21 around 5pm when an older ladys package broke while walking the mall. The clerk working that day ran back to the counter and returned with a paper bag and helped her repackage her goods. I was in shocked that a kid had the decency to help this lady who was not a customer of his. I thank the parents.”
“If I could more than 5 stars I would. The items at Ardene are such good quality and the rewards program and in-store sales are amazing ( which I really appreciate in this economy)
But my real reason for writing this review is to highlight the AMAZING store manager, Alexis. She was nothing short of amazing at helping me with an issue I was having with a previous purchase. She went above and beyond to help me. I will come back to that store not only for the great clothes and prices but because she displayed quality customer service. I came out smiling from ear to ear and wanting to tell everyone I know to shop there. If there’s a position higher than store manager at the Palisades Mall location, please consider her for it. I was quite indecisive when choosing between several pairs of sneakers, but thanks to his patience and assistance, I not only made a selection but ultimately purchased two pairs. “I keep coming back, This place is such a gem. The clothing selection is stylish, well-curated, and feels genuinely different from the usual chain stores. You can tell a lot of thought goes into what they carry. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable browsing at my own pace.
I know this is more of a soccer curated store but I got my second bob Marley shirt here and a tote bag that i love, it’s my second time here and it’s always great vibes.”

I even bought a pair of fluffy socks to go with my shoe purchase. Amy and Shari were so patient and helpful they even wrapped my purchase in this beautiful Christmas wrapping paper which made it all the better. I usually shop online, but the last time I ordered online it took a while to arrive, additionally I am between sizes, so I asked a friend to go shopping with me. We had a blast! “Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”

Although they did not have his size in stock, they made every effort to ensure that I would receive the shoes before the weekend. They are extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. “Journeys in West Nyack has a great selection of shoes, especially sneakers, boots, and casual styles.
The store is well organized and easy to shop in, and the staff especially Coco and Stacy are friendly and helpful without being pushy.
They were patient and helped me find the right size and style. Prices are fair for the quality, and the overall vibe of the store is fun and upbeat. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for stylish footwear. 10/10 customer service satisfaction.”
