“ASK FOR SUZANNE! My daughter and I were shopping across the road at DSW. I mentioned to her a few times that a New Balance store was across the road and we should take a look. Of course, the teenager declined. Of course, after not being satisfied with the selection she opted for the run across the road. I'M SO GLAD WE DID. We enetered the store was looked at and not acknowledged by a male sales representative, who really doesn't matter. I felt after a quick browse of the store we were not going to receive customer service worthy of our time and money. Boys and girls I was incredibly wrong. Out from the back, I assume she was, as she was not on the sales floor upon our arrival, appears the GREAT SUZANNE. Her greeting, her patience, her time, her knowledge, her energy is all I'd like to share. She measured my daughters feet and was on the move. She wasted no time in asking the right questions and providing several selections based upon the answers given. My daughter was able to have her "footing" corrected with the assistance of Suzanne. My daughter made her choice. I had no intention of making any purchases, however, the service and knowledge that Suzanne provided for my daughter, I decided I wanted a pair of shoes also. Suzanne measured, asked questions and was on the move to provide that wonderful experience again. Amidst our light banter and trying on my selections Suzanne learned something about my daughter and was so happy for her. She went above and beyond her customer service for New Balance and she made a phone call and was able to provide my daughter with some valuable information. I found the shoe I wanted, but, the store did not have my size, sadly. I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF SUZANNE! Did I forget to mention the sneakers that my daughter chose are everything and more where comfort is desired...Suzanne you are remarkable at what you do and who you are...DON'T CHANGE. The world will always be a better place because of YOU. YES, THIS IS A REVIEW BECAUSE OF SUZANNE AND THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THANK YOU!”

“I’ve been all over the county to different tackle and bait shops, lees is by far my favorite place to get my fishing supplies. Not only is the quality of bait excellent, but you will never feel rushed out of the store for being a new to fishing. This was my biggest issue with anywhere I would go because of my inexperience. “Very friendly staff and good price. We bought a pair of boots there and left a coat in the store. We called and asked them to put it outside for us to pick up outside of store hours. Robin asked some questions and immediately pulled five or six real contenders out of the racks. She gave honest advice, zipped and unzipped both me and a woman in the next dressing room, and applied ZERO sales pressure. “I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”

“Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”

“This place is packed to the gills with some really cool clothing for a smaller locally owned store. Yes, prices are what they are but the stuff they sell is often high end. Yes, this isn't Target with mediocre clothing that might cater to a lower income clientele. Squires is where one might go to get some nice ski clothing or a special gift. We should support local stores so we don't all end up looking the same in that big box Costco style Poopwear. And frankly, the prices are right for what they sell. I have found that you can get stuff at a reasonable price. As for hovering salespeople, they are trying to be helpful and all you have to say is that you are browsing and you'll let them know if you need help. The store is big enough that you can ghost the salespeople if you prefer to be left to your own devices.”

“It's awesome to see Dick's come up with the idea of opening up a Warehouse Sale, with lots of great deal sales, and the hard work paid off to make it happen. The space is pretty huge, which was once a Bed Bath and Beyond for many years, and a whole makeover was done to bring it up to its usage. The layout of the store has many racks with clothes and even shoe boxes with many styles to choose from. Also, there are many of sporting equipment. Looks like the store is pretty fully staffed and doing its best to help as much as possible. Also, it would be nice if a makeover was done to improve the perimeter walls, as it needs a big serious painting job along with adding dividers to make the store look appealing. This store feels like GoodWill for the most part, and I'm sure you can relate.”

“I had a very good experience here yesterday. I told Yanitza what I was looking for and the requests from my feet so that they say "Oooh!" with relief. I tried on about 6 pr of sneakers (Nike, Adidas, Brooks) and was about to settle for a pr by Brooks when I remembered that I had read an article about the best sneakers for women with HIGH ARCHES. They had the recommended Brooks (tho not appealing to me because the color was bright red, black, green, white). I tried them on anyway to see how they felt. Suddenly I was sighing "Oooh!" Yanitza offered to look for other colors online. Unfortunately, they could only be ordered by women's footlocker (now called six:02). Yanitza wrote out the details for these Brooks Ghost 11 sneakers (sku #, style, etc) and I was able to order from the "sister" store. They haven't arrived yet. So looking forward to walking far in these Brooks!”
