“One of the best small businesses in Pleasantville. Located right on Wheeler so it’s close to everything and easy to walk to. The owner and staff are all wonderful: sweet, helpful and the shop is very well maintained. “I am so glad I found this store. I usually have to go to special bra stores that carry my size. I had been going to a store that for personal reasons, I didn’t want to go there anymore. Then I found Gena. I can’t say enough nice things. Her store is beautiful. She is wonderful. I also LOVE that she takes gently used bras to donate to the women’s shelter. That is amazing and shows what a kind heart she has. Once I left, I contacted a bunch of my female friends and told them about her store. I usually dread bra shopping but today was a nice experience. I will never go elsewhere now. I’m so glad I found her and her store!”

“I always hated shopping for clothes, because I couldn't find things that flatter my shape or put together outfits on my own. I even tried a personal shopper at a large retailer and it just didn't work. Shopping was more of a tiring chore than fun activity- until I recently found Marc Cain at The Westchester. I am a convert! They helped style me in outfits that look great and I feel great in. Their collections mix and match and a lot of the clothes don't require dry cleaning. They are comfortable too. I now have work and play gear that fits great, really flatters me, and is comfortable- from clothes, to shoes, to coats. They've made shopping fun and easy. Each time I was there, I noticed the staff did the same for the other customers of different shapes and sizes and all of us left feeling terrific. I've been back a few times and each time has felt like hanging with a bunch of friends who help you look your best. I don't write reviews- but this best kept secret needs to get out!!”

But my real reason for writing this review is to highlight the AMAZING store manager, Alexis. She was nothing short of amazing at helping me with an issue I was having with a previous purchase. She went above and beyond to help me. I will come back to that store not only for the great clothes and prices but because she displayed quality customer service. I came out smiling from ear to ear and wanting to tell everyone I know to shop there. If there’s a position higher than store manager at the Palisades Mall location, please consider her for it.
