2 Spring St, Oyster BayI dine at 2 Spring Restaurant often because the food is absolutely out of this world and the service is consistently exceptional.
Last night, because of the intense rain, they had to close their outdoor seating, which understandably caused a backup and longer wait times. Despite the circumstances, the manager, Tim, went above and beyond. He treated us to a complimentary round of drinks while we waited, and when we were finally seated, he surprised us with four complimentary appetizers. He apologized so many times that I actually started to feel bad because none of what happened was anyone's fault.
As always, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service from the entire staff was warm, friendly, and professional. Experiences like this are why we keep coming back. Thank you, Tim, and thank you to the entire team at 2 Spring Restaurant for your outstanding hospitality. You truly know how to make your guests feel appreciated!
