“We just adopted a beautiful small puppy from Alan of Puppy Guyz. Everything went so smoothly and our beautiful puppy is healthy. We just brought him to the vet. He said we have a great dog. I told him I will definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a puppy. He was vaccinated, microchipped and in great condition!”

“We've been shopping with the k9 shop since 2019 and followed them through every move in Massapequa! After several years shopping with them, our shiba inu, now 12, has started to become uninterested in his food and hadn't eaten much in a few days. So before an expensive and unlikely necessary vet visit- we stopped in and wanted to speak with a sales associate to ask for advice based on our situation. Lina took her time with us, answering all of my questions and never made us feel rushed. We took her advice and switched his protein and the brand of raw we were feeding him, and it's been working! She also reminded us as he ages and becomes less active, it's totally okay he doesn't eat every day. We've trusted k9 shop for several years, but this just reaffirms how wonderful they are.”

“I first used Martins K9 formula back in 1997 with my Bullmastiff. She never had one health issue and lived to 14 years of age which is amazing for a large breed and since her breed average life expectancy is 8-10 years. Over the years I fell into the name brands are better and experimented with “name brand” dog foods. Paying over $80 for a 22 pound bag. My dogs got skin issues, immune system and health issues. Switched back to Martins K9 dog food, and within weeks their energy and health improved and for $70 for a 45 pound bag not only am I saving money but my dogs are thriving. Don’t get caught up in the hype of the name brands. Sometimes it’s the local places that have better quality and their knowledge can’t be beat.”

“The customer service is amazing! I used a Groupon but I couldn't get Groupon to fix my address. I contacted Scoochie directly and within 30 minutes someone called me and intercepted the package before it as shipped to the wrong address. We got the product and my dogs love it! This is my new favorite company to order chews for my three dogs!”

“We have been taking our cat to Plainview Animal Hospital for years. We love the staff and board our cat frequently there. Unlike many vets, they do medical boarding, which we need since our cat gets insulin shots twice daily. We have tried other vets before in the tri state area (we've lived in NYC for years). However, we continuously make the trip to Plainview Animal Hospital for their level of care and having the options we need for our pet.”
“The employees here are so friendly and nice! I’ve just recently gotten into fish keeping, and was able to get everything I needed to get started for a pretty fair price. The fish we’ve gotten have shown to be hardy and happy, and get along well! I’ve had fish as a kid to no avail, but lots of their aquatic inventory seem pretty happy and healthy. If you think you will be a frequent, I would recommend signing up for their rewards program. I’ve only been in a few times and it has already saved me a good amount of money on supplies. Thank you!”
“I've been a client of Fetch since they opened their doors on Gerard Street and then through their move to New York Ave. Prior to using Fetch for their grooming services I used numerous grooming salons in Huntington and I can say with certainty that none of the other groomers matched the quality of service at Fetch. The owners Karen and Susan are dedicated to ensuring their staff provides exceptional service and they deliver time and time again. Besides their top notch grooming the store offers unique, high quality apparel, accessories and treats. It's a 10/10!! “Reminds me of the old fashioned hardware stores my father used to take me to on weekends when he'd be doing chores. I needed an obscure nut for a very old bolt on an old house. The guy there couldn't find it among the racks and could've easily said they don't have it, but instead he asked if I had a few minutes to wait and then disappeared into the basement I think. Came back about 10 minutes later with a whole box of them so I could see which one fit the best. They just don't do things like that anymore in this high speed Amazon world. He went the extra distance for me and I'll always give a shout out to excellent service.”
“Had our first experience at Woofer Wash today and I have to say it was an absolute success. Called and made an appointment just 2 days ago. Walked in and was immediately greeted and directed to a wash bay where all the supplies were ready and waiting. The staff were helpful and informative. I read that parking can be an issue during the week, but it's Sunday so parking was easy peasy. On top of great customer service the prices are great too. Absolutely extatic that we found this place. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!”

“I learned about Cornucopia like many via Shark Tank. I have used it on my female later in her life. Now, I started on it with my boy (full bred, Vizsla). I love the food. It is expensive but it is high quality, human grade, organic. You can tell -- it does not stink (well the fish smells like fish). But, there are many nice flavors and it has pumpkin. I am a big fan. I have never had any issue with customer service. This is more a family owned business not a big company so I don't expect all the same big company things. I love that I actually talk to someone processing my order who knows about the food. They have always been super helpful and they have sent me bonus thank yous like the nice freeze dried treats and copies of articles and ads by Dr. B in natural health magazines. I have been a loyal customer and remain so. I am real happy and my boy looks GREAT and gets compliments all the time. I do supplement with the products they have as well as fresh food and other items. I like them a lot. I don't know about the negative reviews on here. I just think they are a family business. The food is made and packed in batches actually in my state. So, yes, they have production runs. I see that as positive. Overall, I say give them a shot!”
