“The Missing Link is a gem in NYC. I went in to find cufflinks and a stud set as accessories on a tuxedo for my wedding; the collection was incredible and I found the perfect, unique pieces. I had been to several department stores where the selection was lacking, but not here at The Missing Link. The experience was enhanced by Michael who was engaging, patient, and courteous. “Biggie's is great! The owners are super lovely and run it themselves. Their dog, Biggie, is super cute. Often there's people playing chess outside- it's pretty rad.
Inside is a vintage lovers paradise, or more specifically, a vintage smokers dream. They specialize in refurbishing old lighters, ash trays, and smoking sets. Trust me, they're awesome. If you're not a smoker, they have old magazines, game sets, and old-style soda. If you'd like to become a smoker but are scared, they have candy cigarettes. Sick!
Anyway, I like to pop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. You should pop in, too.”

“Love love love this store, everything is beautiful and I want to take a million things home every time I go. I try to visit whenever I go to NY. I have bought gorgeous sterling Tiffany frames, and a beautiful glass vase with silver overlay which makes me smile whenever I look at it. The salespeople are lovely as well. The prices are not inexpensive, but the merchandise is beautiful, and they will work with you a little bit, especially if you are purchasing more than one item. I absolutely recommend stopping here when you are in the area!”

“This bookstore found me. And every since then it’s been calling me back. I walked in and was met with the smell of the alphabet and maps from every country in the world. I was allowed to peruse the first floor without being pressured and that felt good because walking in can be intimidating.Everyone there was helpful and I was directed to the second floor by means of a turn of the century elevator. Maps on this floor were organized smartly and you must ask for assistance before taking them off the shelf.I would encourage you to check out their website so you have an idea of what you are looking for before arriving. They also have volumes online that may not be in store at the current time but they have access to from their warehouse.”
