“I can’t say enough wonderful things about The UPS Store in Bayside. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with kindness, patience, and genuine professionalism. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly, whether I’m shipping a package, printing documents, or asking questions.
It’s rare these days to find a business where the customer truly comes first, but this team does exactly that. They make every visit easy, stress-free, and pleasant. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and exceptional customer service keep me coming back time and time again.
If you’re looking for a UPS Store that truly cares about its customers, this is the one. They deserve every one of their five stars and much more. Thank you for always providing outstanding service you’ve earned a customer for life!”
“I visited this location (Rockaway Blvd & 127th Street) today for their FedEx drop off services, I don’t have a printer and as long as you can email them the label, they will print it out for you for free and put it on for you on your package!! So awesome.
Shayana was the associate who assisted me, and as I was waiting on line to be called next , I watched her, and I was highly impressed with how she dealt with the other customers very friendly, quick, attentive, very informative. The woman definitely does her job very well. It was such a pleasant interaction I had with her, I felt very respected as a customer. Thank you!!!”
“Andrew at Outside The Box Shipping was incredibly helpful when my USPS return package to Nike was lost. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what happened and was kind, patient, and professional throughout the process. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”
“I have been coming here for about two years now to drop off my packages! There’s always this lady who is fast and makes things easy every time I ship ! She scans and makes it quick for me especially since I go there before work! I recommend dropping off packages here to ship! They just scan and ask for your phone number and give you your receipt!”
“Amazing experience with Bernise, she printed out my resume and even gave me advice for interviews! I always come here to print out paperwork and ship packages. Thank you for amazing customer service!”
“Been going here for years. Very easy to ship things here with ups and FedEx, great customer service as well. Highly recommend coming here. Shayana is always helpful”

“Rafael was very patient and helpful! I was missing some required documents at first, but he kindly held my appointment and let me come back before closing. He made the whole fingerprinting process smooth and easy. Really appreciate his help!”
“This is the best DHL in NYC. The most helpful. I had to return 3 times for 1 package that the person I sent the package to was having difficulty picking up. They were so patient and helpful. I am very grateful.”
“I have been to this UPS store so many times. It is the best of Brooklyn, you had competition, but, they closed that location on Jay street. The reason you hold the BEST title is at that location, it was one person, at your location it’s everyone there. I was feeling down, and having a horrible day. The guys made me laugh and smile. It was close to the time my husband passed, I was feeling low. You never know what someone is dealing with. Always be kind, considerate, and professional. The staff, was all that and more. Earning your title. BROOKLYN’S BEST.”
“these guys have changed my life - one of my favorite additions to the neighborhood. i will never stand in line at the wyckoff post office again!! i came here to rush my passport renewal application and my guy went out of his way to make sure i had EVERYTHING in the right state. he’s clearly done this many times and was above and beyond helpful (and i got my new passport 10 days later). thanks so much guys!”

“**Neighborhood shipping and packing facility*** always seems busy. They do some and not all of what the postal service does. I come here to get my pages printed, or faxed. Staff is always pleasant, and friendly.”
“The only notary available until 6pm in Manhattan. Amber was 💯on top of our notarized documents. There is no line here bc they are so fast. No nonsense. Thanks for making a stressful process so easy.”
“Best UPS store. Friendly and professional. I am usually in and out in seconds unlike the USPS. The workers are engaged and don’t look like they hate their job unlike the USPS. Basically the total opposite of the USPS on bell.”
“I’ve used their service multiple times and have always been impressed. The process is smooth, prices are fair, and everything arrives safely and on time. Postman Jo is incredibly reliable service, communicates well, and treats your items with care. It’s hard to find shipping services you can trust, but with Postman Jo, I never have to worry. Highly recommended! Yakov who was helping me was amazing! Outstanding customer service!”
“This was the easiest fastest service ever! I hadn't realized it was down the block for the longest m and now this makes my life so much easier. The gentleman at the front was so nice. Thank you again”
“They work 7 days a week Sunday they close early but is convenient to have them open employees with experience pretty quick parking in the back if coming from the parking lot no wheelchair accessible but if you park in the entrance parking meters are easy you can use your wheelchair from the front entrance”
“Moving was so smooth! Joel, Jennifer and Alberto make moving experience so easy and fast! And more importantly great attitude and hard workers! Couldn’t be happier with my experience!!!”

“I cannot share enough what a great experience I had with Lexington Pack and Ship !
The customer service was incredible, especially by Thomas and Irma .
They treated me with such kindness and customer service as I was packing things up to send home after my mother passed. They Helped me decide the best way to send things to minimize my cost,
I felt like Thomas and Irma treated me like their own family ! Where can you go where you feel you get that Kind of attention?
I wish I ran into Irma’s and Thomas’s everywhere I went like the pharmacy and the bank, etc., because the world Would be a better place to live!

“They make shipping/packaging a cool experience somehow. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. It beats going to the post office by a factor of a million. Love this place!”
“I would like to thank your entire team! 😊
Everyone is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Notifications about package arrivals are always sent on time, and everything is organized in a very convenient and professional way.
A special thank you to Vasily -

“these guys are amazing! they took my gigantic box that contained an old imac, which got refused at a different location for being too big.
they scanned it immediately at 6:30 pm. i thought for sure it wouldn't do anything until the next morning. but it was already halfway there the next day.”
“Singh is extremely kind and always willing to help with everything. He is highly professional and very quick to respond to all our questions and requests. A genuinely lovely person and a pleasure to deal with! Thanks for everything!”
“Did you know you can have PASSPORT renewal photos taken at this UPS store? They printed for a fee the application to apply for passport book and passport card renewal. They made copies for a fee. I bought the envelope for mailing with USPS tracking my spplication, my check, my old passport book and old passport card. They finalized everything would be picked up by USPS mailman from the UPS store, so it saved me an extra trip.
Their customer service is outstanding.
And it has been outstanding every single time I went there, either to mail a package, or to return a package, every single time they are efficient, helpful, really a gem in our community.”
“The best place with the best customer service!
They are so easy going and quick. Best location and amazing hours! If you need to ship with your label or they can provide it and their packaging is also great prices. Don't need to go anywhere else!!”
