Rishi was amazing oh man went to two different locations and spending almost three hours they couldn’t switch my line came to this location and one two three he gave me a new phone with my old number and he was even telling me about my benefits and stuff it was amazing and I totally forgot about the bad experiences I had since I got my new phone if you wanna get a new line or replace your old number rishi is the guy you should go to you won’t be disappointed

The person that closed yesterday was very rude and nasty to my niece. She needed to connect her cellphone…I dropped her off at 7:20 pm (it says it closes at 8 pm). Had to go back right away because the guy that worked there kicked her out and told her “I am closed”. He literally closed the gate right away. I would understand if she came at almost 8 pm but it was 7:20 pm. I will definitely escalate this matter as it is unacceptable.

Terrible service ?. Of the girl and the. Fat young man with a bun, bad attention, bad service. I do not recommend going to this branch 1 out of 10. The attention is clear until 8. And at 7:50 it is already closed and more people are asked for help to pay for the cell phone and they come out rude
