“It is incredibly rare that I will write a review. The only exception is when I receive exceptional customer service which is exactly what just happened today. I walked into Tobacco Road in desperate need of a new scent. Despite how many times I asked for assistance and tried multiple oils, Dee not only met me with kindness and patience, but when I told her that I didn’t want to continue to trouble her for help, she reassured me that I wasn’t inconveniencing her in anyway!
Since I had additionally ordered lotto tickets, I had to then go to the ATM to retrieve funds. By the time I turned around, Dee had very proactively pulled out 7 additional oils for me to try and one of them was absolutely perfect for my needs!! She did not give up until I was satisfied.
Her stellar customer service along with the customer service of the entire staff was so welcoming, inviting and warm and I will be a lifelong customer for it…”
“I’ve been coming here ever since it opened as one of the first legal dispensaries. Consistently good product and service. I only go for flower that was grown organically and sustainably - and they have great options here. I just wish this was labeled more prominently on the ordering pages. I never want anything grown with pesticides or toxic chemicals to make it grow fast - or grown in moldy conditions. I also love the dark chocolate bars infused with cannabis. Dark chocolate pairs well with everything.”

“I come here every time I’m up town. They just added new things like the perfume that went viral on TikTok which I had to get. Their items are sold with reasonable prices. The workers are very helpful and nice! Definitely come check knout his spot for your vapes, hookah, and wraps and now perfume!!”

If your weed is dry, it's normal, it also doesn't mean it's old. It just means you need to put a boveda pack in your jar or bag to control humidity. Have patience, and educate yourselves before leaving negative reviews.”
