“It is incredibly rare that I will write a review. The only exception is when I receive exceptional customer service which is exactly what just happened today. I walked into Tobacco Road in desperate need of a new scent. Despite how many times I asked for assistance and tried multiple oils, Dee not only met me with kindness and patience, but when I told her that I didn’t want to continue to trouble her for help, she reassured me that I wasn’t inconveniencing her in anyway!
Since I had additionally ordered lotto tickets, I had to then go to the ATM to retrieve funds. By the time I turned around, Dee had very proactively pulled out 7 additional oils for me to try and one of them was absolutely perfect for my needs!! She did not give up until I was satisfied.
Her stellar customer service along with the customer service of the entire staff was so welcoming, inviting and warm and I will be a lifelong customer for it…”
“Stumbled upon this shop a few weeks ago and it's fantastic! They have a great selection and Scott is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. “I’ve been coming here ever since it opened as one of the first legal dispensaries. Consistently good product and service. I only go for flower that was grown organically and sustainably - and they have great options here. I just wish this was labeled more prominently on the ordering pages. I never want anything grown with pesticides or toxic chemicals to make it grow fast - or grown in moldy conditions. I also love the dark chocolate bars infused with cannabis. Dark chocolate pairs well with everything.”
