I once brought my pit bull venom to a different groomer, and from the start all he did was shake.... Every single time we brought him to critter clippers, he wagged his tail and was happy to be there.... That says it all!!!! If you are looking for a great groomer, you have to bring your best friend here because it is family owned and operated.And they actually really care about top notch service to your best friend.

The communication with Christine, the owner, was great since the first call I made inquiring about boarding my dog. She was very responsive via e-mails as well, updating me on how my pup was doing- having fun- (including photos). I dropped Laila off and since the first meet and greet i knew she felt comfortable there. I definitely recommend calling Christine if you need to board your pets.

A colleague referred me here and we have been blown away by: 1) the empathy on the phone 2) the availability for an appt 3) the time Dr.Tara took to listen to the background, review records from the former vet, and explain a strategy. We aren't sure if the treatments will work yet, but we know we are in good hands!

Paumanok Veterinary Hospital
639 NY-112, PatchogueMy vet’s office closed in Farmingdale and the vet I was using moved to Paumanok in Patchogue. Not a close ride as I live in Plainview. But it love Dr Kuehn and I figured it was worth a try. I was happy on both visits for each of my cats, even though, my little guy, Bobby Boo is more like a mountain lion rather than a 10lb cat. He hates everyone but he’s not paying the bills. Nice facility. Staff is great. I’m happy. If you live close to Patchogue, give it a try.

214 Medford Ave, PatchogueOnce my dog Rosie condition was explained. The doctor had me immediately bring and diagnosed her condition. Forward all information to an emergency medical professional. She had immediate medical attention. Her doctor at Patchogue animal hospital called after the surgery and when I was not able to be contacted. They called my family member to confirm her condition and care. They saved my Rosie girl. Do I need to say anything else!

161 River Ave, PatchogueWe had our wedding celebration at Better Man Distilling Company, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. The venue is such a fun and unique space that gave our celebration so much character, and our guests are still talking about it!
They offered an extensive cocktail menu featuring their own in-house spirits which made the experience feel so special and the food for each course was just as thought out and impressive.
The biggest shoutout goes to Kimmy, their event coordinator, who is an absolute rockstar! Throughout the process, she was incredibly communicative, receptive to feedback, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Her experience and creativity made it so she would be able to turn our broad ideas into detailed plans that we would never be able to execute ourselves.
On the day of the celebration, Kimmy kept everything running smoothly and was always mindful of the schedule, allowing us to be completely present and care-free.
If you’re looking for a memorable, one-of-a-kind venue with amazing food, exceptional cocktails, and an event coordinator who will go above and beyond, we can’t recommend Better Man Distilling Company enough. Thank you for helping make our wedding celebration everything we hoped for and more!

CoHo Coffee House
62 W Main St, PatchogueStopped by CoHo Coffee House in Patchogue early this morning and had a great experience. The shop has a nice, cozy atmosphere and since I got there early, I was able to get right in with no wait.
I ordered the iced Rainbow Cookie Latte, which was delicious and full of flavor. While I didn’t try any of the pastries this time, they had plenty on display and everything looked fresh and tempting.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and it seemed like the owner may have been on site as well, which always adds a nice personal touch. Overall, a great local coffee spot with a warm vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try some of the pastries next time. ☕🍪

The food in the taproom is good and they often have live music as well. Indoor and outdoor sections and a huge parking lot. Its never a bad time at Blue Point.

Almost Home Animal Rescue and Adoption
646 Medford Ave, PatchogueI adopted the sweetest puppy named Foxy aka Gracie from Almost Home Animal Rescue. She is beautiful and vibrant girl who was loving taken care of through a foster family who did an amazing job.
They definitely have a stringent adoption policy which ensures the animals go to great homes. They do a great service to these beautiful animals.
