“Gave good rating, but, have to say that before the went to the store I spoke to some Verizon person on the phone and he made an appointment for me at this store when I got there the associate didn't know I had appointment and also the phone I wanted was not in stock so no sale was made and my time was wasted.”

“I recently shopped at the Verizon in Patterson, NY and had the pleasure of meeting Baggio. Not only was he attentive upon entering the store but was very helpful in resolving and providing me a solution. I will definitely shop here again. Thank you, Baggio for your excellent customer service!”
