“I had an excellent experience at Russell Wireless. The sales rep who helped me was outstanding. He assisted me right away with switching phone carriers, made the entire process quick and stress-free, and was incredibly patient from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and walked me through each step to make sure everything was set up correctly. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly service, I highly recommend Russell Wireless!”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Trey for the outstanding service he provided. From the moment I walked in, he showed professionalism, confidence, and genuine care. He didn’t just help me—he made sure every single detail was handled perfectly. Trey went above and beyond anything I expected. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work and truly puts the customer first. Because of Trey, my experience with Verizon was not just good—it was exceptional. He represents exactly what great customer service should look like. Verizon is lucky to have someone like him on the team, and I strongly believe he deserves recognition for his effort and dedication”

“I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store. Alix Olson was the salesperson that I worked with and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, calming because I was a nervous wreck thinking I lost everything on my phone. He knew exactly what to do in such a professional manner. The other associates I've worked with in the past were also wonderful. I highly recommend this Verizon store.”
