“Yeah ill be coming back here. Good service, very clean from the moment you walk into the hotel and room, just really comforting. The only issue was the language barrier with some workers, I asked a question and the worker seemed confused, I was looking for a food bowl for breakfast but luckily new clean bowels came out.
Its a bit expensive but All in all, ill be back here again for sure.”

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years and it’s always been a reliable choice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff has consistently been friendly and accommodating.
The location is hard to beat if you’re visiting the Paramus area, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and easy highway access nearby. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and the common areas were clean and inviting.
Overall, a comfortable stay and a good value. I’d happily stay here again.”
“This is the second time we've stayed. They were in the middle of renovations but all things considered it was a fine. A key location near great events and local food places. The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our room was in an area that had finished renovations but the shower squealed awkwardly. I'm sure we'll still keep going. I love that the night stand have USB ports so you can charge your tech without a block.”

“The Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Mahwah offers a functional stay with a few highlights and areas for improvement. The rooms are generally okay, providing the basic necessities for a short visit. However, the mattress was not very comfortable, which impacted the quality of sleep.
On the positive side, the hotel offers free parking and features a small pool for guests. The complimentary breakfast is decent, though there is definitely room for improvement in terms of variety or quality. For dining, there is a convenient, albeit average, restaurant located just across the parking lot. It’s a practical choice if you need to be in the area, but the sleeping arrangements could be better.”

“Stayed 3 nights. Excellent overall. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonably quiet. Wifi, fridge, microwave, tv all worked fine. Everything in good repair and reasonably new. Tasty included breakfast, good coffee. Pretty much what I'd expect from Hampton Inn. Minor issue w outside door lock was fixed in 30 minutes -- staff is on the ball! Adjacent Home Depot was handy when needed parts for my exhibit display.”

This is the first pet friendly hotel ive came to that was not only reasonably priced, but is very accommodating, clean, and professional. Aside from the fact that theres some construction going (the loud noises scare the pup) my stay here so far has been great!”

“My family and I had the most incredible service experience at this hotel in Montvale, despite finding this location out of circumstance after we had several plane cancelations and over 36 hours spent at Newark.
Upon check in at an ungodly hour, the staff could not have been nicer. When we finally got up to get ready for our rebooked flight, the lady working the cafe was so kind to my family.
And finally, and this is what really brings me to writing this review, is the amazing staff member Michael Proto. When we finally arrived home in LA, my 11 year old realized he left his blankie which he had since birth in the room we stayed in. My son was hysterical crying realizing he lost it somewhere on our canceled flights and hotel. I called and got Michael on the line. Immediately he said he would look for it; he put me on a brief hold, spoke to housekeeping and found it. Not only that, I explained we live across the country and that I would gladly pay for shipping or any means to get it home. Right away he said no problem, figured out there was a UPS store near the hotel, and went there for me to mail it.
We are global travelers and we have never ever experienced service like this! Thank you Michael you have made us loyal Marriott members for life.”

“Our wedding was hosted at the Hilton Pearl River, and we truly could not have asked for a better venue or team to bring our special day to life.
From the very beginning, working with Sloane to secure our date and bring our vision together was a breeze. She was incredibly responsive, informative, and reassuring throughout the entire planning process. I never once felt out of the loop or unsure of what was happening, which made such a difference during what can be a very stressful time.
As we got closer to our wedding day, we had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the team who would help make our vision a reality. Derek, Shane, and Brian were all incredibly professional, attentive, and thoughtful. They took the time to understand and accommodate the specific needs of our families, including our social and dietary considerations, and they made us feel completely taken care of.
And the food...WOW! Everything was absolutely delicious. Our guests were raving about the food throughout the wedding and continued talking about it in the days afterward. The service was just as impressive. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism, and the entire team truly went above and beyond.
On the wedding day itself, I had the privilege of having Rowan as my bridal attendant, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Before I could even think of something I needed, she was already there with it. She was incredibly attentive while still being so easygoing, and you could genuinely see how much passion she has for what she does. Having her by my side made such a difference and allowed me to fully enjoy the day.
And even after a long, emotional, and incredibly special day, the team found a way to surprise us one more time. When we returned to our room, we were greeted with candles, rose petals, and champagne waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch, and the perfect way to end our wedding night. It was those little details that made us feel so incredibly special and cared for.
The entire Hilton Pearl River team was truly top-notch. I could not have asked for better support, service, or an overall experience. What could have been an incredibly stressful day was made smooth, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable because of this amazing group of people.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton Pearl River to anyone planning one of the most special events of their life. You will truly be in the best hands!”
