“I've been coming here for about a year now, having had a very bad experience with my previous mechanic. I have 3 cars, two of them over 10 years old. I do basic maintenance myself (oil/filter change, air filters, fluids, etc.), but I needed a mechanic to do things like brakes and exhaust.

“I can’t say enough about Paul and the team at Nut Just Lube in New Hyde Park. My wife’s 2019 Mercedes-Benz needed several repairs, and the dealership quoted us thousands of dollars. Paul did the work for about one-third of the dealer’s price—and went above and beyond in the process.
Not only did he complete the main repairs perfectly, but within that same fair price, he also replaced the brakes, fixed the emergency brake sensor, and addressed a few other issues that the dealership either ignored or wanted to charge four times more for.

“I recently moved into the area, didn’t have a mechanic in mind to go too. The engine light turned on my car, I called up Sinclair since it’s walking distance for me. I spoke with Mike the mechanic who told me to bring the car in the am & he would check it for me.Mike was very professional, knowledgeable on what was happening with my car. Long story short . Mike repaired the part to the engine light and other items that needed repair.The price was reasonable, but most importantly I trusted Mike with my car , he treated my car as if it was his own. Charlie was amazing: he checked it out for him the same day (on the house) and told him that most of the problems on the list were "bull". It's so hard to get no-nonsense information about anything anymore, and I felt like I had stepped thirty years into the past when customer service really meant something. This is my new favorite spot for gas, inspections, etc.”

“This is my go-to gas station. The prices are fair (cash same as credit) I feel safe there, it is well lit, convenient location from both broadway coming off Henry Hudson & Riverdale ave. It's easy to get in and out quickly because they have multiple entrance/exits, and plenty of room to get around other cars. I am pretty sure they have an air tank for for tires. This is on the boarder of Riverdale & Yonkers. If u need to do errands, just go north on broadway, there is everything u could need, including a pretty good diner w convenient parking. Owners of this Citgo are very friendly! The mini-mart has breakfast & sandwiches. I don't go to any other gas station unless I am not in the area.”
