“My home CrossFit gym <3 haven’t been in awhile. My partner and I both go here. Friendly for everybody. A priest, monk, and a rabbi could walk in for a CrossFit class and walk out without any problems- and that’s coming from a catholic and her gay sister {and her partner Shannon who said this place is her family who’s a nurse.} My point is this place is very inclusive for everyone, and is really about including everyone, and I mean everyone everyone. And I’d feel safe bringing family members or even my own kids here. Loved my experience here and it’s very secure. Getting in touch with them can be difficult via phone call but they reach out via text message immediately so it’s well worth the wait. The memberships are up there, but if you’re a full fledged crossfitter, you’d rather by a membership here than anywhere else. I play soccer in New York City, and on Long Island and My partner is a Police officer for the city, as well as family- and a lot of members in this gym are former military or Law enforcement or fire department members who are non-discriminatory and extremely friendly. One of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile. Worth every single dime, and worth the wait. We travel from Long Island to come here, and it’s worth it. Great job guys :) looking forward to come in soon.”

I take most classes with Coach Amanda and Coach Tiffany during the week and feel so supported every time I walk in! They take the time to ensure your form is correct and I feel so comfortable asking questions. The energy is contagious in there because the instructors truly build you up and encourage you throughout the entire class. The members are also supportive and I've made friends along the way that inspire me to sign up for weekly classes. I recommend f45 in Scarsdale to anyone and everyone I meet! Coach Joshua was a standout & incredibly knowledgeable (so friendly!) and motivating. You can tell he really cares about everyone in the room doing their best.
The facility itself! Oh well organized and has everything you need for a great workout. The other members were friendly and supportive which made it easy to jump right in (sometimes gyms can feel cliquey but not here).
Worth the trip from NJ & I’ll definitely be back!”

I enjoy the easy access into the gym, simply open the door with my cellphone and get to work. I go in the early mornings and usually have the space all to myself and my tunes.Also Eoghan is awesome, he designed specific strength programs to improve my strength for my jujitsu training.
