Parking is completely hassle-free. I can just pull up and get straight to work. They have a vast selection of equipments which includes some premium Atlantis racks. The gym also provides multiple dedicated studios and top-tier recovery amenities. High caliber place to train.”

“My daughter brought me to the Pelham location as her buddy. We were greeted and assisted professionally every time. The facility is bright, energetic, and packed with a wide-range of equipment.

Last week, My daughter paid for me to become a member. Sebastian V. is exceptional, insightful, and kind. He stopped what he was doing and immediately assisted me with setting up my 24-hour Fitness App. He then spoke to me about the gym to assess my areas of interest, walked me to the pool, and gave me his card in case I needed anything else.”

“Completely changed the shape of my body. I did personal training at equinox for years and I wasn't seeing results. They told me it was the natural shape of my body, I knew it wasn't because of how my body looked for the 27 years before that. Form50 got me back to feeling like myself again. The program is always challenging and there are plenty of ways to modify. I can't believe how knowledgeable each instructor is, you're in great hands with anyone. The coaches do well to accommodate all levels, with members ranging from beginner to regional games athletes. The space isn’t huge though you don’t really feel it as classes are capped. Well worth checking out if just for the friendly community.

Overall, best option in the neighborhood.”

“Glenn is a great coach! Funny personality that makes you feel comfortable coming to class every time. He is very flexible with the workouts. I’m a beginner and he always works with me to make the workouts work for me. He also challenges me when I complain of not wanting to do it. (I need that!) lol He kicked my ass today after a month and change of no working out but it feels good! Oh! And I love his reggaeton music playlist! Makes the workout even better! :)”

“This review is LONG overdue because there is SO much to say about Morgan and Astoria Barbell Club. In short, Morgan is a 1-of-1 trainer and you should not think twice about working with him—it’s life changing!

If you care to keep reading, I have worked with Morgan for three years and he has seen me through many stages of life—from being in decent shape, to then working with him through pregnancy, then navigating the postpartum recovery with him. Morgan’s extensive technical expertise of the human body and numerous certifications in many forms of conditioning (martial arts, boxing, Olympic weightlifting, balance and posture, stretching, breath work, and the list goes on) makes every session different and meets you exactly where you are.

Morgan has an incredible ability to connect with his clients on a personal level. He pushes you to your limits but in such a safe and encouraging way.

I cannot recommend Morgan enough. He’s truly a gem, and working with him has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness.

“This is one of the nicest gyms I’ve ever been to, the machines are new and facilities are well maintained. The only thing I’m bummed about is the recent price increase, I was hoping that old members would be grandfathered in to their old rates. I think the increase is worth it for people who just use the equipment. I will give them some time to hopefully expand the classes offered and will decide if I want to continue my membership or cancel.”

“Love this place. My membership is strictly for access to the gym not for the classes. The space itself is well kept and very open. It is perfect for a workout. I enjoy the easy access into the gym, simply open the door with my cellphone and get to work. I go in the early mornings and usually have the space all to myself and my tunes.Also Eoghan is awesome, he designed specific strength programs to improve my strength for my jujitsu training. I have nothing but positive things to say about Uptown Movement it is a really great place with wonderful people.”

The Body Blueprint was recommended to me by Kristina, who is also an employee there as well as a friend, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. I took Suzette’s 5 AM strength and conditioning class, and it was a great welcome back after not doing CrossFit-style training for about two years. The environment was friendly, supportive, and not intimidating at all. I’d definitely recommend The Body Blueprint to anyone looking to start or restart their fitness journey.”

“Mostly good overall. Main complaint is that the club is consistently packed. There are maybe two (non consecutive) hours out of the whole day where I can get access to all the equipment that I intend to use.Otherwise, it's improvising a 'Plan B' workout. Or doing a lot of waiting for the equipment I actually want.”
