“Rare locally owned furniture store. Great store presentation and employees. We were between 2 recliners, one here and one at another store that was not available here. The staff was great, helpful but not pushy. The furniture is mid-cost, but good quality and the prices are very fair (I did my research). We ended up going with the other recliners (higher end) but I will definitely be back here in the future. We stopped by multiple times and dealt with different staff and they were all good and could answer all questions. Kudos to the owners for good employee training. Shout out to Zach and Charles ( I think I have the name correct) for great customer interaction.”
“I have been a customer for over 20 years. I recently returned to upgrade the bed I have. I dealt with Reese Willgens. He is, by far, one of the best salesman I’ve had. He was kind, patient, efficient, knows his job and went above and beyond for me. I needed a certain type bed, and as fast as I could get it. He searched every day , for weeks , until he found exactly what I wanted. The Prana Sleep hybrid elite plush. I would recommend seeing him if you need a great bed. He takes care of his customers and ensures they get exactly what they want. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. Too notch ? award ? winner. Make your move @City Mattress with Reese. “I rarely write reviews but people are always quick to share a negative experience and rarely take the time for the good. In the spirit of the season I have to share how ecstatic I am over our new mud room furniture! We moved into our house a little over a year ago and I had been shopping for ideas to maximize efficiency in our mudroom. Everyone always enters through the garage instead of our lovely front entrance and the first thing they see is a pile of shoes and a few hooks on the wall. With 3 kids its always a mess! I looked online forever and met with various organization companies. Everything seemed overpriced for composite products, and nothing was exactly what I was looking for. We bought our bedroom furniture from Amish Exclusive and my husband reminded me to try there. After meeting with Rama, I was so pleased. I was able to custom design exactly what I wanted, in REAL QUALITY WOOD, for less money than particle board. Even better, I had hoped to have something before hosting Thanksgiving and it was delivered as promised. I am so grateful for this experience and my husband and I are already discussing future purchases!”

“We are moving into a new house soon and needed a new couch and was recommended Lovesac, so we went in to make sure we actually liked the fabrics and how it felt. Eddie, was fantastic!!! He walked us through the angles, different types of filling, different fabrics, and all the positive of having a lovesac. “We met with the owner of Walsh Custom Concepts this past spring to discuss placing a Shade Tree vinyl Pergola on our patio. Before making our final decision Steve answered multiple questions and concerns for us via emails and took time out of his busy schedule to return to our home on several different occasions before finalizing our plans. Each time he was patient, understanding and extremely professional which brought us to the conclusion to do business with his company . “This place was so great! I walked in here after going to most of the other big furniture stores in town. The selection at most places is pretty overpriced for what it is. Rochester doesn't have much in the way of high end furniture, but raymour and stores like that want to charge thousands of dollars for couches that'll fall apart in 5 years. Well, that wasn't the case here! They consistently had similar furniture, or even the same brands, for way cheaper! The couch I was looking at was 600$ more in other stores. The salesman was friendly and not pushy, they had deals on floor models, and even gave us free throw pillows. The delivery was a breeze, I called and they came within a day. They were in and out in like 10 minutes, and didn't make any mess. Smoothest furniture experience I've ever had. Definitely made the right choice going to a local shop instead of some big business. Would recommend!”
“My husband and I decided we wanted a new dining room table and chairs and were extremely happy that we chose to walk into Webster Interiors Furniture & Home Decor. We were greeted by Ric and he was extremely patient and helpful with what we were looking to purchase. He showed us a number of options to choose from and choices of wood colors to select for the table along with fabric choices for the chairs. We were able to take home samples which helped in order to select the proper color to compliment our flooring and decor. We went back the very same day, chose the style table, size and chairs to accommodate six people comfortably. We were thrilled to find out that the table is made by the same company, Canadel in Canada, that we purchased a number of years ago and still looks brand new! It is well made, sturdy and attractive.
It was such a pleasure working with Ric and being given personal attention and shopping at a locally owned business.

“Cheryl was fantastic! My clients went to look for a new mattress, with not much idea of what they wanted. She was great with showing them different mattresses, and finding what worked best. She explained everything very clearly and was just amazing to work with. She also had no problem answering my questions as we went and, when checking out a pillow, informed me there was one open box, which I then purchased. I'll be returning when it's time for me to get a new mattress”
