“I had to take my 3 year old for bloodwork and this was the closest to our other errands. The staff was AMAZING with him. They were patient and so kind to him. It was his first time getting bloodwork and he did so well because of them. Would absolutely come here again if needed. Thank you!!”

“I was anxious when my PCP sent my bloodwork orders to RRH lab, as I’ve always went to a different lab. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to reach someone to change lab, so I went. I love that the website shows “current wait” time for each location. The wait area was clean and the check-in kiosk was easy to use. I didn’t catch the woman’s name that did my blood draw, but she was absolutely amazing. A1. Smooth like butter. I was in and out in what seemed like five minutes. She was thorough and identified me multiple times to ensure the blood was labeled correctly. Thank you! Very happy with my visit this morning : )”

“The Senior Phlebotomist Florry was excellent and extremely patient with me. I needed 3 large vials and hadn’t had much to drink when I got due to the fact I had 2 very important appointments that lasted four hours. After all was said and done I only needed 2 spot bandaids on the same arm. I would love for her to be there next time I go.”

“I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”
“Finding the place was painful; don't trust Google Maps. It's actually at 10 Hagen drive on the first floor next to the elevator, with no signage in the building to indicate any ACM Labs location. However, once I found it, check in was easy and the blood draw was quick and painless.”
“This company was used to complete my life insurance physical (in Home physical). I can’t speak to the facility and I will say that making the appointment wasn’t the best (it took days for them to call back)...BUT when Ron came to complete my physical, he was AWESOME!! He was the nicest guy, so kind and caring! I do not handle getting my blood taken well but he was so good that I barely felt it at all. He spoke to my kids as if they were his own and I could tell he really enjoys his job. I’d definitely recommend!”
“I always receive prompt and professional care at RRH urgent care.
Very little waiting time and the waiting room.The staff is professional.
They also have an x ray machine on location.
I have been misdiagnosed several times at the other place which I will not name.”
“I had a very polite, patient, and friendly worker who was the secretary and the blood work person. She was very nice and easy to converse with as she took the blood samples. Just remember to take your cell phone, for the new, quick way to scan your information.”
“Sometimes the wait can be frustratingly long, but regardless of that, the receptionist and phlebotomists are consistently fantastic. The actual blood draw is **always** quick and efficient -- and they're friendly no matter how many people are in the waiting room or how close it is to closing for lunch. I very much appreciate everyone who works at this location and I will come back to this location every time I need blood drawn.”

“My 6 year old had to get blood drawn and was very afraid. Leah and Carrie were so patient and took time to calm my daughter and walk her through the process. They were funny and kind and distracted her. They made this experience go as smoothly as possible. Leah got the blood in one stick and my daughter barely noticed! They have excellent bedside manner and phlebotomy skills!”
