“My 6 year old had to get blood drawn and was very afraid. Leah and Carrie were so patient and took time to calm my daughter and walk her through the process. They were funny and kind and distracted her. They made this experience go as smoothly as possible. Leah got the blood in one stick and my daughter barely noticed! They have excellent bedside manner and phlebotomy skills!”

“I was anxious when my PCP sent my bloodwork orders to RRH lab, as I’ve always went to a different lab. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to reach someone to change lab, so I went. I love that the website shows “current wait” time for each location. The wait area was clean and the check-in kiosk was easy to use. I didn’t catch the woman’s name that did my blood draw, but she was absolutely amazing. A1. Smooth like butter. I was in and out in what seemed like five minutes. She was thorough and identified me multiple times to ensure the blood was labeled correctly. Thank you! Very happy with my visit this morning : )”

A smiling group of young ladies greeted me at the door, they were so friendly and personable. I have never had such a great experience at a medical facility. “I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”

“This is the best lab to go to. The Perinton lab on Pittsford Victor Rd is normally ok but their front check in staff has been consistently rude. I had a lab to drop off and tried to just drop off my specimen and they were going to make me wait in the waiting room with about 10 people in front of me ...was ridiculous! This lab just looked me up logged the sample and I was out of there in 4 minutes. URMC labs can you please do checks on your staff and make sure they are trained properly!”

I explained all of my anxiety and my anti-anxiety rituals required to get through a blood draw, and he was completely on board with making me comfortable. I needed a lot of blood taken, and he was so fast. I think the whole process took less than two minutes. So if you’re checking reviews to try to find a wonderful phlebotomist that can handle your anxiety, Tom is your guy.”

“This company was used to complete my life insurance physical (in Home physical). I can’t speak to the facility and I will say that making the appointment wasn’t the best (it took days for them to call back)...BUT when Ron came to complete my physical, he was AWESOME!! He was the nicest guy, so kind and caring! I do not handle getting my blood taken well but he was so good that I barely felt it at all. He spoke to my kids as if they were his own and I could tell he really enjoys his job. I’d definitely recommend!”
