“Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”

“Has consistently been my go to place in the city. If you need help quick or just need a place to get routine maintenance this is the place to go!! They got me in same day on multiple occasions and have fixed everything from a slow leak tire to an oil change, to brakes. I’ve been helped by two different guys at the counter and they are both very knowledgeable and will answer your questions. Highly recommend!”
“One of the best shops in the area. My check engine light came on and I was referred to go there. They told me exactly what the problem was and how much it'd cost. I truly appreciate their honesty and not beating around the bush.”
“I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for this morning at 8AM. I needed tires and complete brake work. They gave me an approximate price for the tires as well as the brake job, which I approved. The invoice amount came out about $75 shy of that quote.
We'll see how it is in a month. Brakes are silent and all feels correct. Tires look good, tread pattern looks good on what they recommended.
Good quality work, good value for my $. Happy at this point!
In regards to parts cost I looked at the breakout and figure that they charged a fair margin.

“I needed a replacement for a piece of trim above the speedometer for my mothers car that I originally took out to customize and it sounds really stupid but the dog actually got ahold of it I have been trying to find this little piece of trim for 2 years now and have had no luck thankfully yesterday I went into the premium auto parts and I was lucky enough to find a matching car for the piece that I needed I was so happy when one of the gentleman in the office went out of his way to personally go get it off the car for me as silly as it was I’m very thankful to receive help from this facility.?”

Dropped it off in the morning and they had it finished by early afternoon, and that was replacing 2/3 of the exhaust, doing rear brakes, an inspection and an oil change! Very friendly too.
