“After a flat tire on my AWD, I had to buy 4 new tires. Never a good time for this kind of expense, but Firestone got me in the next day and provided great service. Still bummed about the expense, but now after getting roadside hazard coverage on the new tires, I know I'll never have to worry about an expense like this on tires again for the rest of the life of my vehicle.”
“Honest, direct, don't waste your time. They specialize in Honda & Acura but overall good mechanic. Came here for a second opinion when I thought something was off with my first mechanic - found my guy.”

“Frank was able to save our labor day weekend. They were able to replace our tires and give us an oil change in a fair amount of time and for a fair price. Thank you!”
“I recently went back to the Oneida, NY location because I heard a loud rattling noise and assumed it was my muffler, which I just had replaced 12/24 in Oneida....come to find out it was the heat shield which was very loose....Mike fixed the problem, and Becky, who is always so customer service oriented, always a huge smile, always polite and informative, said no charge...only there for 10 minutes....great customer service. Thank you,
Sue F., Waterville, NY”
