Tom did a great job cleaning the furnace then there was time left so he put in a new kitchen faucet for me. Really good customer service. They removed the old broken washer for us but unfortunately, didn't connect the new one for us. Which, really isn't bad to have to do, ourselves, as we found. Lol the washer delivered was in pristine condition. We were just very happy with the guy's attitudes, they see just really nice, helpful, polite, friendly, and professional.
